Start this new year off right! Creating RITUALS that you live by will give you clarity and peace when building your business, and also will help you move forward so you start seeing results! DO THIS! Create your own rituals, and have your team do the same to start creating momentum and habits of success! Here are my Rituals:

Daily

• Big 3
• Do something for you: meditate, practice silence, listen to music, play music, yoga, read, walk
• Check down - pick one person in your downline eery single day to ask how they are!

Weekly

• Check up - let spline know what I'm working on and whats been going on. Information should flow up.
• Publish content - start attracting ideal people
• R&R - Review & Rest - review the last week and preview the next week. Keep track of your metrics, and KPIs. How many partners have I added, what do I want to see happen.

Monthly

• 1 big relationship move from my Dream 100.
• Review all numbers “if you know your numbers you know your business, if you have no numbers, you have no business.”
• Brag moment - brag inside your team community. #BRAGMOMENT - It always helps when you are being cheered on and cheer on others!
