In 2013, Nikko Jenkins was released from prison after serving 10 years. He would then go on a killing spree, ultimately killing 4 people in 3 different incidents. He would blame his violence on his mental illness, which he claimed had been exacerbated by his prison term. But would Nikko be found innocent by reason of insanity, or would he be found responsible for his crimes?
