You've probably seen a variety of multi-level marketing businesses or network marketing businesses around, but do you know much about how they work? Rachel Haith is my guest this week and she runs Natural Sparkles International, a Forvever Living business, as well as working full time in the RAF and completing a Master's degree. Oh, and she has two children as well. No tardis required. Rachel became interested in the Forever business after seeing her friend take the opportunity to leave her marketing manager role after the birth of her child and instead run her Forever business. Rachel enjoys the flexibility and control she gets from this business set-up, as well as the training and learning opportunities and team support from the outset. She has lots of great resources and ideas to share particularly around mindset and how that affects your growth and development as a business owner, as well as how it can hold you back. She cautions against allowing other people's ideas about your worth and what you are capable of from limiting the dreams and goals you set for yourself. In terms of business resources, she is a huge fan of her Leonie Dawson planner and takes it everywhere. This allows her to keep track of where she is up to and squeeze the most out of every free chunk of time she has throughout the day. Rachel is about to move house and gives some tips for how to get started with building a new network at a new location.
