Joining me today is an Executive Director of a growing non-profit called PLAN of Pennsylvania. They assist people living with disabilities to build meaningful lives. For the majority of her career she has been in executive leadership for non-profit organizations. She’s also consulted with non profit organizations assisting with leadership development, special projects and acquiring executive talent. 

She has an Undergraduate in Psychology and English

Masters in Group Process Group Psychodynamics and a 300hr RYT

She practices and teaches yoga, which has been nothing short of life changing for me. And I love being active outside - hiking, kayaking, backpacking and recently a little biking. Yoga and being outside are both more of a spiritual practice for her.   Please welcome a woman with strength and integrity Ms. Christy Holland.
