So Naomi showed me a tweet that reads,

One of the most underrated advice for women who want to juggle both family and a great career (that I heard from Mary Erdoes of JPMorgan) is to marry early and have kids before 25. By 30 they're in school and you can still grow at work with less hindrance. According to her, starting with work first then having kids meant you took a mid-career hit when the kids arrive, making it harder to catch up. It sounded super counter-intuitive to me at the time but the more I think about it, the truer it appears.

And this podcast episode is my response to that tweet.

Opinionated is my "gist" series for talking about trending topics from a perspective of critical thought.
