Rachael oversees the translation of data science and technology to support the scaling and growth of impact-driven organizations.

Rachael holds a DrPH in Epidemiology from the CUNY School of Public Health, an MPH from Hunter College, a BS from Brown University and serves on the inaugural NYC Open Data Advisory Council.
