Mitch is a former racecar driver and motocross racer. He’s also been involved in martial arts since he was a kid and has been climbing for a few years, mostly doing bouldering. That’s right, I got someone who likes bouldering on the show! When He was 13 he was diagnosed with leukemia and managed it like a boss, kept on racing and after five years of treatment, got full remission. He now hosts 8LimbsMMA, a podcast about combat sports.
