Hi guys, I’m your host Lee-Anne, single Mama to my beautiful 4-month-old daughter Arya, 9-5er, side hustler, and more recently, conscious mentor. My intention is to help you navigate life based on your own intrinsic values and remove any external pressures to live life a certain way. It’s time we stop allowing others to dictate our thoughts and actions. As someone who was often externally influenced, I came to a point where I knew that I couldn’t keep living this way. And from this, Off Topic was born. I will share my personal journey and lessons in life, motherhood and postpartum, coupled with some guests sharing their truth, to help us navigate our own path.
