*****Trigger Warning: Eating Disorders and Disordered Eating are discussed in this episode******** Lacey and Stephanie are sitting down with JuJu, an Eating Disorder Recovery Coach, also known as @FitFatAndAllThat on instagram. The two were both interested in bringing Julia on to learn more on this topic because Lacey has struggled with an eating disorder and body dysmorphia from 17-21 and finds that it is still a journey of healing. Stephanie, who has a couple of friends who have experienced this, wanted to learn what to say and how to be there for someone going through this. To their surprise, Eating Disorders have the highest mortality rate out of all mental illnesses and they are incredibly dangerous to have and more common than you think.
