I’d like to apologies in advance for this episode , I have a cold and it may sound a bit off, there’s more then usual pauses and the episode is a bit all over the place. Yet I still hope you all enjoy. I’d like to thank everyone for the crazy support and love we got from out last episode with Peter Riches and I’m glad to inform you all more is coming! And as soon as this cold has passed we will be back with better episodes and greater ones. 

This episode however I just talk about my emotions and how I feel when it comes to good and bad days, what they look like for me and how I deal with them. I give examples of when I've had bad days and good and how i evaluate its just a part of life and growth and individually believe as long as you learn , evaluate and appreciate the day is filled with nothing but blessings and development to growth .
