In this episode. Rolf is joined by two organizers of the Women in Robotics Boston group. Dharini Dutia, Robotics Software Engineer at Vecna Robotics and Sanjuksha Nirgude, Advanced Controls Engineer at Symbotic, LLC, are organizers of the Women in Robotics Boston group, a professional network for women who are working or aspire to work in robotics. They discuss what it's like to be a woman in a male dominated field and ways to encourage more women to get involved in the field of robotics.

If you'd like more information on the Women in Robotics Boston group, you can find that here: https://meetingplace.io/women-in-robotics-Boston

In addition, we wanted to provide a list of women in robotics research. This serves as a way to make robotics and AI events more diverse. Check that out here: https://us-women-in-robotics-research.github.io/
