Sight loss significantly affects one's independence leading to limited mobility amongst other things. Many people who lose their sight have to overcome enormous difficulties to get around. Inconsiderately designed public space and mobility options can be challenging, at the same time even small changes to those can make a difference.

Bhavini is an Engagement Manager at London Vision focussing her work on campaigning for and with Blind and partially sighted people for equal access into services such as Transport, Health, and General Access into services.

She is An Ambassador for Retina UK, who has been raising awareness of sight loss within the Asian Community by organising Charity Fundraising Events, via Newspaper Articles, Radio Interviews and Presenting at Community Events.
