Over the past week or so we have had a number of mass shootings and a lot of people have tragically lost their lives. Aaron asks the question, how do you prevent something as devastating as a mass shooting from happening at your place of business.

The Level Up with Toshoama - Do you think it's a good idea to " match" someone's energy? There are many sayings and memes that reference matching someone else's energy. This could be a good thing or a bad thing. Let's examine the topic a little further.

On That Note with Queres - A new streaming services is on the horizon and it could spell trouble for Netflix, hulu, and amazon. Disney Plus is set to launch in November 2019 and has the potential to become the next biggest streaming giant. Queres took the time out to study some of the more familiar steaming platforms and how they came about. This week we examine YouTube and how working together as a team helped three gentlemen become very very wealthy.
