"The hardest parts of grieving are the little moments that become so routine to you that you don’t realize until they’re gone. Luna would always be the first one to greet me when I came back from my run. Her little paws would scurry to the door or she’d be peeking from her favorite blue pillow on my bed when the door opened to see who it was. After my runs the past few days, while walking up 9 flights of stairs to my apartment, my heart would break all over again. Knowing that Luna wouldn’t be there to greet me when I opened the door. Knowing that I wouldn’t see her cute little face ever again."

In Episode 109 on On The Grow, I talk about a recent tragic occurrence that happened in my life. I talk about how pain affects us, what I’ve been learning on this healing journey so far, and a mind-blowing perspective that can help someone else who is in a similar situation.
