A thought-provoking episode that highlights the inherent complexity of free speech. It asks us to grapple with the notion of an ideal world where all speech is freely disseminated against the backdrop of a defense hateful speech, even when it is promulgated by the groups that we would commonly associate with the most offended. Whereas the ACLU once defended hateful speech, now it seems that our country is becoming less tolerant of intolerance. Fantastic episode that had me contemplating the issue long after it ended.
