RE/MAX Hall of Fame in less than two years? This week on the Vancouver Island Real Estate Show, Jason Simard shares what he believes got him there. The answer may surprise you.

Jason Simard entered the real estate industry in November 2015. Before the year was finished, he had hired his first assistant and founded the Sims Real Estate Group. Cut to the end of the first quarter of 2018 and Jason’s team has grown to 10 members made up of five REALTORS®, three licensed Client Care Managers, and two Administrative Assistants. The results? Well, they speak for themselves - Jason was inducted into the RE/MAX Hall of Fame within his first two years, and in 2017 his team achieved the highest level of success by receiving the RE/MAX Diamond Club for 2017.
