After getting injured while running, Mark went to see his physio. and it was there where the idea for gel parks direct came about. At the time Mark was trading products online using eBay and amazon, so he found a way to combine his work with his passion.

Natalie his partner joined the gel packs direct team in 2017 whilst continuing to run her own business.
