We all have moments we want to talk to our past selves about. Whether it be a past ex to avoid dating, a moment of embarrassment to sidestep, or just a moment in time when the going got tough. Isabel left a message for her past self, letting her know that it might not look like it, but she has an eating disorder, but with a little bit of self-love, and a little bit of knitting, she can get through it all.
