I had the absolute privilege of sitting down and chatting with Adam Cook (The Smiling Assassin). Adam is a professional MMA fighter and also a coach at City Kick Boxing based in Auckland NZ. We chatted about everything martial arts, Adam's journey to NZ and his love for Pokemon. 

Adam has an up and coming main card fight on May 11th in Townsville, Queensland, Australia where he is fighting Jack James at welterweight.
