You can either focus on the situation or focus on the solution. Either one will consume you, so choose wisely. It is time to focus on solutions to any situation you are going through. 

Think about this:

What tone do you end the night with?
What tone do you start your day out with?
What tone do you send your kids off to bed with?
What tone do you send your kids off to school or work with?

When you focus on solutions you discover just how abundant you truly are! You discover how much the Infinite has blessed you with to handle EVERY situation you encounter. 

In this episode I talk about creating a movement of loving ourselves and then others. Of focusing on solutions for change and growth. Setting the best tone to end and start your day, as that will stay with you during sleep and all day are work.
