If you are an avid podcast listener, then you are probably sick and tired of seeing the same 12 people getting interviewed over, and over, and over, and over again. 

Believe it or not, just asking people with huge followings to be on your show, at best, is going to do one thing, and one thing only. It's going to make you look like you are onto something, when really you are just amping up the brands of the people that are already established. 

If you want to actually become a big thing, you've got to start small, and have an actual message. Stop stealing everybody else's.
