Jen Delvaux was born and raised in West Michigan.  She is the founder of Empower Nation, a 5 time Elite health & fitness team. It is her passion to support all women in their health journey as well as work with them, and empower them, to do the same for others. Jen is happily married to an incredible man who is fighting (and winning) brain cancer and has two children; a daughter who attends college in California and a teenage son who is in high school.   With her husband, she created Mr. Worldwide & His Bride, a podcast where they work together to inspire and help everyone live their best life. She has also authored two eBooks (on Metabolism as well as an online training program for my health/fitness team) and is currently working on her 3rd eBook with her husband, about LIVING with cancer.   Jen loves connecting with others, sharing our story and hearing about yours! Jens goal is that she is able to make difference with everyone - helping you to dream big & to always keep believing in your own ability.
