It was actually kind of interesting because we did not know Jay until my wife made an appointment to see Jay online and we met him there and spoke to him a little bit and made him our real estate agent and put in an offer that day and then he closed the deal with us in less than 28 days.For me I was in a transition of changing jobs at the time of the real estate transaction and I had a lot on my plate so he took a lot of the burden in dealing with the follow up issues and having patience with me getting back to me even though we were under a tight time frame.He went above and beyond in terms of dealing with the escrow accounts and other Relators and negotiations without needing much if any interfacing with me to get the deal done.
