Response assessment is an important tool in multi- disciplinary treatment modalities, as it helps identify the patients who might benefit from treatment intensification or experimental treatment plans, provided that it accurately correlates with prognosis. The aim of this retrospective study was to evaluate the prognostic impact of histological response assessment after neoadjuvant treatment of soft tissue sarcoma.
