The episode started with Dell asking Christy on how she started with her spiritual journey (7:48) where she shares about paying attention to her thoughts and realizing it creates her reality. She elaborates more on mentality of lack and abundance (16:42) and explains how she discovers her true purpose. 

She then shares how she created her first book, Perfect Pictures (20:59). This led to start her coaching career (21:25). They then proceed to talk about the story on Christy channeling the Council (25:32) where she shares what happened and how she does it.  

Kai was curious on Christy's take on coaches and money matters (32:04) where Christy talks about the relationship between money and people in general. Dell then points out on how he relates on being able to control what state you want to be in by focusing on what matters to you (46:36) where Christy shares more of her experience with her parents.
