Christelle owns a chemical engineering master’s degree and is certified as a coach and trainer with a specialty in Emotional Intelligence. Christelle speaks French, English and German.

Christelle is driven, results-oriented and has a dynamic business mind helping her clients to create a balanced and effective life rhythm, to clarify their life purpose and to make massive actions to build a meaningful and profitable career. She quickly assesses professional and personal situations and always finds creative win-win solutions. Working with her is a treat because she makes sure her clients get the results they are after. *****The episode started with Dell asking Christelle what led her to transition from being a chemical engineer to being a coach (4:49) where she shares her experience when she was a child up until when she had her family. Dell  points out how many people find themselves unsatisfied with their current life, and realizes that they deserves better but are held back with fear of change. Christelle then shares three important steps on finding out what you really want (19:39)) to have the freedom and fulfillment sought. 

Kai was also curious about how Christelle incorporates emotional intelligence (EQ) to coaching, especially her clients who are in the corporate environment (24:32). Christelle points out how important EQ is, not only to the corporate setting but also in schools and even in the family. 

Kai was curious about what signs should be the indications that a professional help/coach is needed (31:35). She also shares her thoughts about letting go (35:50) where Christelle also shares her ways to easily process letting go (36:33). She then shares the importance of how we act upon our thoughts and emotions, and how this plays a big part on the outcomes of our decisions (50:20).
