Our Mental Space: let’s talk about it.
Sharing is good, especially when it heals, so I’ll start healing myself. I’ll share my ebbs and flows, struggles, and triumphs as I deal with mental illness and childhood trauma. I’ll open up about how they shaped my friendships, relationships, life choices, self-awareness, and societal perceptions. Why am I doing this? I’m hoping that if you're struggling with mental illness you will gain strength from me and verbalize your stories, too. More than anything, I want you to know YOU ARE NOT ALONE!
