Africans in the Diaspora and Tribe Named Athari came together to create this podcast series to explore a modern day conversation on Pan-Africanism.Leslie Ann Turner is a Black liberation abolitionist organizer in Las Vegas, USA, leading the Mass Liberation Project in Nevada. She is passionate about building connections to Black people in the Diaspora and the continent - through those connections, Leslie is intent on building out collective organizing strategy for reparations for Black people globally.In the spirit of Pan-Africanism, Leslie likes to spend her time identifying and teaching the ways in which African Americans have retained culture.
