This is a podcast for fans of "Supernatural" or "The X-Files" - there is a lot going on, and thank goodness for that, because it's all fantastically fun. There is something some satisfying about listening to a melodrama that fully embraces the fun of the genre blend, that has in the past been done so horribly, and also to great success. Out of the Ashes is a fantastic show, by a fantastic creator, and it's one that I come back to occasionally because it's always got that "Welcome Back!" homey feel to it.
