If you are joining me for the first time, then I welcome you to this platform. If you have been here before, welcome back. Man, did I miss you!? 

The mics have been dusted off, the cogs have been greased, and some bloody great conversations have been patched up and ready to be delivered to you through the airwaves.

This year you will find the addition of shorter, bite-sized episodes scattered in between the usual long-form conversations. Why? Well, for a few reasons: 

- To give those of you who don't enjoy +1 hour-long conversations the chance to not miss out on any great content.

- These episodes will not be longer than 20mins. Perfect for your daily dose of personal development or to scratch that curiosity itch. 

- They will highlight the best stories, anecdotes, takeaways, or ideas from the previous week's episode, just in case you missed that chat.

I've been saying this for a while now, but FOR REAL this time, I cannot wait to share what has been recorded with all of you. I've thoroughly enjoyed every conversation up to date and have no doubt that if you've been following my incredible guests up until now, you will enjoy them too!
