On Valentine's Day, Outlander invites two friends to talk about popular Dating Reality Shows in China. Cuicui is currently working for media and she is a massive fan of Dating Reality Shows. Rachel is a graduate of the London School of Economics (LSE). Now she is working in Marketing in London. Her dissertation was on media and communication studies of Chinese dating reality shows.

We start with the development, the production process, and audience psychology of Chinese Dating Reality Shows. We also share our own feelings about watching these TV programmes as female audiences, especially reflecting on them from the perspective of feminist and consumerist social construction.
