In this episode (Season 1, Episode 7) I interview Margo Huennekens, a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC). Margo is the founder of Pair of Ducks Coaching. Cynthia and Margo discuss the importance of finding your “Why”, following intuition, and living life intentionally. Margo describes how she helps clients find their path and live according to their values. Finding our “Why” is a huge life question, but answering it can help us lead more fulfilling and meaningful lives.

Margo Huennekens is a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC). She has lived in 5 different countries and is currently based in Tokyo, Japan.

Her coaching practice focuses on working with clients who want to make a change in their lives, realize a goal, or simply live a more fulfilling life. She particularly enjoys coaching around work-life balance, confidence, international moves/expats, and career transitions.

A former Foreign Service Officer with the U.S. Department of State, Margo has spent the past 6+ years working in human resources at Google, with experience ranging from learning and development to recruiting to people management. She has been coaching since 2017, including as part of Google’s Career Guru internal coaching program.

Margo has a passion for travel, food, and running, and lives with her husband and 2 cats.
