Independent IT benchmarking firm Maturity hosted a seminar entitled "Due Diligence or Due Negligence" in London with an invited audience of CIOs and CTOs from end user organisations. Keynote speaker Rory Graham, a technology lawyer, addressed the importance of due diligence throughout the life of the outsourcing contract and how end users could ensure they retained control over the contract throughout its life.
