net Hi everybody.

0:44

And welcome back to over 40 and child-free.

0:49

We are on episode. 30 to 32.

0:53

Sounds like it should be a cool year, but 32.

0:57

It was really boring. I'm pretty sure once I, this happened in my twenties and then again, in my thirties, And I'm pretty sure again, in my forties.

1:05

Like once I hit 21. Had no idea how old I was until I got like to 29 and 30.

1:12

And then once I hit 31, No clue how old I was.

1:16

And now I'm back to that in my forties. Somebody asked me the other day.

1:20

And I was like, I'm 47. And I'm like, no, I'm 46.

1:26

And I literally had to like, Count on my hand and figure out how old I was.

1:30

Not sure how old I am right now. I forget.

1:34

47.

1:37

I mean, it's nothing to me. I'm 46 9 and I'm going to be 47 or my 45 and I'm going to be 46 and I think I'm 46 and I'm going to be 47.

1:45

I'm not really sure. I was born in 77. Because I'm the same age as him.

1:53

I think if I just turned 47.

1:56

In 2023. You're a year younger than me.

2:00

So you're going to be turning 46, I believe.

2:03

I think so too, because six and seven is 13 and this is 23.

2:06

Yes. Damn. That's my math.

2:09

That just made my head spin. Yes. So we're going to be 46.

2:13

Okay. Cool. Cause if you were turning 47 in November, it would be the same year.

2:19

I turned 40. Which means we would have been born in the same year.

2:23

Okay. So when we 46 full Mike is going to be.

2:26

47. Yes. So, alright.

2:29

That's hilarious that. I love my birthday month and I love to celebrate my birthday, but I never know how old I am.

2:33

I just know that it's my birthday. I'm just going to celebrate.

2:36

Yeah. You'll know again, when you turn 50 and then you'll forget throughout all of your fifties.

2:41

It's just what happens. That's fine. Oh, well, I am planning out my birthday month.

2:45

It's coming up soon. Wow. And we're even starting in October.

2:49

I know the text I got today. No.

2:52

So that was for Mike's birthday. First is Mike's birthday.

2:55

I thought we were already celebrating your birthday.

2:58

We can, but I guess Mike can actually have his birthday on his birthday.

3:03

So, oh my God. The game's actually on his birthday, he was actually on.

3:07

It would be nice if Penn state would actually win that game.

3:09

They are probably not going to, but we'll have a fabulous time at our brunch tail gate at my house.

3:14

Yes. So what we're talking about is Penn state, Ohio state play on the 21st, which is actually my birthday.

3:24

So the game is at noon. I don't know why they always put them on at noon.

3:28

So that means we have to start early.

3:30

Oh, we're going to start early. There's going to be mimosas and.

3:33

I see Mary's. Kegs and eggs or whatever it's called when you're in your forties.

3:39

Yeah. There's some muffins in there.

3:43

I'm thinking about me and it's French toast. Beat that I made once.

3:48

I know, right. I think it's going to be amazing day. I'm in.

3:51

So that's what's happening. I'm going to text the Walker tomorrow.

3:54

Awesome. And make sure when he is covered and now I'm excited that my house will be clean because we are going to clean it from top to about them.

4:00

So. Are you going to have somebody come in?

4:03

I don't know. Where is Mike going to do it?

4:06

Mike might do most of it. I would like somebody to come in.

4:10

It'll depend the people that usually have to come in.

4:12

It's never, like, I haven't been able to get them like, So quickly.

4:16

Oh, So, I don't know.

4:18

I, and I liked him. It took me a little bit of time to find the house cleaners that I liked, and that were like pretty affordable since my house was so big.

4:25

So. I kind of don't want to have to go through that search again.

4:30

Okay. I think I looked up the same people.

4:34

And. I live in a two-bedroom apartment.

4:37

And it was really expensive for me.

4:40

That's so bizarre. So I still got to look because I don't deep, clean.

4:45

I just don't do it like. I moved in here in 2017, maybe.

4:52

Sounds good. Never once have wiped off a baseboard.

4:57

I don't know when the last time we've done that and actually having the people time.

5:00

Come in and deep clean. That's what I want them to do.

5:02

So I think, I don't know. I don't know the answer to that question.

5:05

It may be me and Mike, I may have somebody come in and we may just like, it's sweet that you throw yourself into the mix.

5:11

And I will do something. I do some things.

5:16

I don't know what part of it I will do, but you're not going to get down and clean a base for it.

5:20

Fuck now. Anyway, if there's going to be some baseboard cleaning, I would definitely be Mike.

5:25

Or I will pay somebody to do it. I will vacuum.

5:28

I will put shit away. Ooh.

5:32

That's about it, Michael. We have a tile flooring, so he will mop the tile flooring, sweep it, do all that.

5:39

And then. He'll do all the dishes. I did get a little crazy within the last.

5:45

Two weeks. So.

5:48

I don't remember. Okay. So we missed a week of recording and thank you everyone for understanding.

5:53

I believe that might've been the week leading up to us, not recording was the day that I was opening a protein packet.

6:04

And I was shucking it cause you know, it's all over.

6:07

So I shake it down to the bottom. And this motherfucker exploded.

6:11

Oh, I mean, it was in my chair. I went to the bathroom, it was down the side of my face.

6:17

It was all over my counter, all over the floor, all over the rugs.

6:21

It was everywhere and it was. I probably had like five minutes until I was supposed to log on for work.

6:26

So. The day off really well.

6:29

But then it forced me because the rugs were pretty old.

6:34

So I was going to throw them in the washer, but I was like, you don't think they're going to make it.

6:38

So I literally was walking, winning, and I got on Amazon and found rugs that I could order that would be delivered that day.

6:45

So I threw the rugs out and then I found that I have a Swiffer wet jet.

6:51

Yes. By mopped my, I mean, when I say kitchen floor, it's huge.

6:56

Yeah. Maybe three people can lay down in there.

6:58

Yeah. Thanks.

7:02

Not a big fan. They're not actually like rug.

7:05

Oh, I know. They're like that. Not a plastic, whatever you could've gotten them on.

7:10

Teemu. See them all the time on Timo. Well, not thrilled with them, so I don't know how long they're going to last.

7:16

They don't look good in there at all.

7:19

No. I think they look good. Really. What color is it?

7:24

Great. That's fine.

7:26

And it's not for you, you know, who will think they look great.

7:30

Helen Mike. Oh, thank you. I believe Alan, I don't know about that, but okay.

7:36

Michael, definitely won't care and be like, they do look great and he'll, you can tell him whatever color they want, either brown.

7:40

Like, he'll be like, okay. When you came over.

7:45

Last weekend, the weekend before, I don't know, you came over and you dropped my golf and then went over to.

7:52

It's not consignment to consignment sale. Can you chop my golf to be husband sat.

7:58

We were sitting here and I forget what came up on the TV and I'm literally talking to him about the different colors.

8:06

And at one point he was like, You don't know.

8:11

Sorry, Mike. I always forget. Which, if you remember what it was, but it was Larry's.

8:16

You know, some colors, it's shade. A lot of times it shit.

8:20

But he will, you could tell him they're brown and he'll be like, okay, you tell them you're green.

8:23

And he'll be like, okay, we were watching football.

8:27

What is the stadium that they have the big hedges and they jumped down through them.

8:31

Oh, was it Auburn? Auburn was playing Alabama.

8:35

That is a big of hourly, but they haven't. I don't know.

8:40

It was another big rivalry. That's red.

8:43

Oklahoma. I don't know. I don't know. Maybe they did.

8:46

I don't think so, but okay. It was a big team and.

8:51

It looked like there was a lot of red in the crowd.

8:56

And Auburn is orange.

8:59

But it looks red. So I was confused so whoever it was, I was like, why are there that many, like, it looked like the entire stadium.

9:07

So I was going back and forth and then I was talking about their helmets and I'm like, wait, that's orange.

9:12

And I was his whole conversation with him.

9:14

It's just like, it looks like red.

9:22

but he played along with me and it was very nice, but yeah, it was a very weird thing and it.

9:28

It must've been orange in the crowd, but it looked very red and I couldn't understand why there was so much red in the crowd.

9:35

And anyway. I digress.

9:38

This is going to be cleaning or. So you're celebrating birthday.

9:42

She did her floor. So sorry about cleaning because I don't do it often.

9:46

And then I got my hair done on Friday and I had her trim it.

9:50

So then I had to get the vacuum out to vacuum up my hair, and then I vacuum the living room.

9:54

We'll get you go. Just like saying I would do so much better if I lived in a small, a smaller place than my house, but I refuse to clean my house.

10:03

You think that you still don't really want to, even in a small house?

10:07

Keep a couple of rooms clean. They're not clean, but like straightened up and organized and I will do a better job of.

10:13

Like my living or my living room that is like, it's one of those living rooms where nobody ever uses.

10:18

You never sit there. That's usually the cleanest and I keep that clean and organized and wife down pretty much.

10:24

And for all your pretend guests. Yes. I guess over.

10:27

I guess you all get to see my Halloween decorations, but I'm really excited for.

10:32

So that's, you know, Yeah.

10:35

So highlight. Hold on. Let's take it. Let's take a pause.

10:37

Can I take a pause here? We're going to take it a scores. Pause.

10:40

Okay. Just want to check to see the Phillies are still winning.

10:42

So it's Monday and I learned a recording and we've, I would say we, but Tracy doesn't watch baseball.

10:48

And the Phillies are in the playoffs and just wanted to catch up and make sure that they are still winning so that if, if they weren't winning, I'd be angry for a couple seconds.

10:57

Couple seconds. And I could share that. Marty texted me the other night and was like, I know that you're really into baseball, but did you know, the playoffs are happening and that the Phillies are in them?

11:07

And I was like of course I do. I actually record all of the games so I can watch them multiple times.

11:14

And then. Today.

11:16

He was like, are you ready for Philly's baseball tonight?

11:19

And I was like, duh, I watch it every night.

11:22

I watch all of the teams. Yes.

11:28

I can name all the players and all they are winning currently.

11:31

I know. Just saying now. It's on in the background.

11:35

Oh, right. You just can't see it because your back is.

11:39

ATV, that's it? Yes. I mean, I love a good route October, so I'm really excited.

11:45

We got. I would be more excited. I would be excited about football, but we won't even talk about NFL.

11:52

As long as I can. It's pretty.

11:55

No, it is not. But you know what we need to do in my birthday month.

12:00

So. Our friend, Lisa. Or son goes to Rutgers.

12:04

Yes. And I heard the funniest thing. So apparently.

12:07

He is at his family is very Catholic.

12:10

And he joined a Jewish fraternity, but his school.

12:14

Because they needed good looking dudes to bring in the girls.

12:17

So they recruited him. But anyway, I digress on that as a funny story.

12:22

Cause I just think that's hilarious that. Amazing.

12:25

That's why he's there. His dad thinks that his dad was like, oh my gosh, you will not even believe this.

12:29

But anyway he turned 21 and I didn't. I was like, oh my God, you're 21.

12:33

He was just 12. So 21. He was discussing how he got, when he goes out to drink, they go out for like$3, right.

12:40

I miss that. That's what I said.

12:42

I was like, he's like, come drink with us. And I'm like, sure.

12:46

Penn state are they playing at Rutgers? Cause then maybe we'll be going the drink with Laura's for three,$3 drinks.

12:53

Very exciting. We pay like nine hours for drinks.

12:56

And that's actually an increase when we were in college.

12:59

But one bar that we went down, you. Got a mug.

13:01

You could buy a hug and then bring it back to get it refilled.

13:05

I'm pretty sure when you refilled your mug, it was a dollar.

13:07

Yes. I know, but$3, you know, I'll pay for that.

13:11

And his sister was like, but you don't want what they're drinking.

13:14

And I was like, what are they doing is like blocking red bull. I'm like, That's fine.

13:17

Good enough. I was like, I wasn't afraid. I was like, well, what are they drinking?

13:20

But then when she said that, I can drink a pocket. And red bull, if you, if it's$3, I'm good to go.

13:24

I never two drinks at the wedding. My face was super red and I felt hammered, I guess.

13:28

Apparently I don't drink a lot. Aye.

13:31

I just had this, a similar experience.

13:34

Where was I? I went somewhere and had to decree.

13:39

Not this, like. No, I'm kind of drunk.

13:41

And then I got a headache. We just work with me.

13:44

This is not old tracing you.

13:46

Drinking. I mean, No.

13:48

I was surprised. And I went into myself.

13:51

Yeah, I was going to drink more. I was ready and then my face was so red and I was getting a little bit.

13:57

And I was like, you know, I think there may be, I'm going to stop cause it's a son and I, and I probably shouldn't be hammered.

14:02

Yeah. It's not that we're getting old.

14:07

We're not drinking. Oh, that's right. Well, we're supposed to have another episode where we have some more drinks, so maybe we need to kind of, maybe we can do that during my birthday month.

14:16

The celebrate birthday month. Perfect.

14:19

We have to take a trip to go get the wine. Yeah. So maybe we can do that.

14:24

Next weekend, although we need pedicures.

14:28

That's a lot of things to do. It's hard now.

14:32

I know. What is this?

14:35

I wanted to get my nails done or the nails taken off and stopped.

14:38

You know, I had to pick up stuff at bath and body works and I drove by and there was nobody in the salon and I was like, I'm going to do it right now.

14:44

And they were fast. They are.

14:46

I was surprised they had to do mine about three times today, but it was a pretty solid glitter.

14:55

And. Glitters harder. I did feel a little bit better watching them do it.

15:01

I think I might be able to do this at home.

15:03

Oh boy. 'cause I didn't realize, I thought I did something wrong when it didn't come off the first time.

15:10

No, I didn't realize they do it three times and they're buffing it and filing and it will shit.

15:15

I could have done that. They didn't need, she did it real quick.

15:18

It was it. It was super fast today. And then she's like, your nails are very nice and strong.

15:23

It was like, your nails are so long and this is the strongest I think they've ever felt.

15:28

They do look a little funky. You can absolutely tell where the dip was.

15:34

And I don't know, there's something crazy going on on some of the tips of my notes.

15:38

But yeah, I'm going to put my bats on my nails and you won't even notice.

15:42

No. So I'm going to give them a day.

15:44

I might bump them a little bit more because they look a little funky and there's still some little specks left.

15:50

I don't have any good Halloween nails, so I might have to order them, see if I can get them in.

15:57

Yeah. You keep telling me that, but not inviting me to a party.

16:01

You're sending me. I'll send you a link, how to order.

16:04

From your party. I'll let you know about that.

16:08

It was hilarious today. I was sitting at work. This is a random story, but I was sitting at work and I had realized I had a psychiatrist appointment on Friday the 13th, because that's a perfect day for that high.

16:16

So I was like, but here's me just y'all. Hey Gabby, I have a doctor's appointment.

16:20

I have to see my psychiatrist and they won't get. Y'all on this out.

16:25

I don't know if that's really appropriate, but I'm going to do it anyway.

16:28

She's like, if you want, you know, I can take the half day or whatever if you want.

16:31

And I was like, no, Any time. Oh, she knows I don't have any time.

16:36

But she would. Really care.

16:38

And I was like, no, no. I'll come in. I want to get paid. I was like, why would I not come in?

16:42

I'm going to do anything. Also on your best worker.

16:47

I don't know. That's right, Michelle, if you're listening, tell Billy.

16:49

I said that I'm the best worker. So.

16:54

We're all over the place. We are all over the place. Not only did we not record last week, but then Nicole and I went like two weeks without even seeing each other.

17:01

Hey, when's the last time I saw you. Probably when you dropped your husband off to get babysat while you.

17:06

Went to the consignments. That might be what I've been doing.

17:10

I don't even have to go to football games.

17:16

Yeah. Oh, a Penn state had a bias week, so we didn't even have that.

17:20

I was kind of boring. However. I did have a most productive day.

17:26

I've been wanting to take out all of my clothes and reorganize everything.

17:33

Cause I bought a new dresser, but the drawers aren't great.

17:36

And then I have this cute thing. And nothing was working like clothes were everywhere, but in tall piles, So I could never find anything that was at the bottom.

17:46

So anyway, So.

17:48

I took my energy during. Took our little white pills.

17:52

We take that. Give you energy and focus.

17:56

I don't know what the name of them are. They're not even white, but we call them white pill.

18:00

Go with it. Yes. There is a reason.

18:03

Has like. Whites for energy and focus.

18:07

And then like red is for calming and green is for something else.

18:09

That's right. But just so you know, the colors are not any of this colors, the actual pills?

18:14

No, no. Yeah.

18:16

I showed somebody the one day and she's like, you know, that's gold, right?

18:19

Yes, I'm not Mike. Yeah, Mike probably does think they're white.

18:22

He has no idea. So anyway.

18:25

Did that got totally motivated and I core.

18:29

Oh, my closets and drawers and bins.

18:33

And. Well, it was baskets. There were clothes everywhere.

18:37

And I have a pile now for Poshmark.

18:40

I took two huge bags to the Goodwill today.

18:45

And I then had a bag of trash that I threw out because there were some things that just no one should ever wear again.

18:52

And then there were a few things that no one should ever wear again.

18:54

And I still didn't throw them out because I just can't.

18:57

Do you want me to do it for you? No, I didn't mean to burn them.

19:00

No. One is like my.

19:03

It's this t-shirt that I have, it makes me laugh every time I wear it.

19:07

It's not falling apart yet. Okay. And I really only either wear it around the house.

19:10

Or like working out or so. But it makes me laugh all the time.

19:13

That's good. So that was that.

19:16

And then yesterday I watched football.

19:20

I mean, that's a good day. I did not watch football day yesterday.

19:23

It was towed in the car. Because you had to drive yet.

19:28

It was the first day I literally watched the one o'clock 4:00 AM the night game.

19:34

I even stayed up for the night game. Wow. Yeah.

19:36

It is weird cause they were getting their ass kicked. I know, but I love watching Dallas.

19:40

So I will stay up for that. Yeah, fall asleep if the Chinese are winning, but I will stay up to watch.

19:46

Dallas lose some.

19:48

Dedication too. Yay. And I, well, let's be honest.

19:53

I knew I didn't have to get up this match because I was off.

19:55

So that's really why. True.

19:58

I have a job and I forgot today. It was a holiday because not every job.

20:02

No, it's very rare that people close for class.

20:06

Indigenous peoples day. Sorry.

20:09

Get it right. On my calendar. It's this Columbus day.

20:13

Listen, I saw somebody. They said kill Columbus.

20:17

I just wanted them to know that he was already dead. Okay, well, I'm technically off for fall break.

20:22

I was annoyed. The post office was closed. I got to send my team who returns back.

20:26

And I wanted to have Mike do it today. And then I forgot that they were closed.

20:29

So during holidays. I had to go to work.

20:33

Which is fine. Well, I've learned that I can count.

20:36

How long have I learned anything in school is that I could count.

20:39

I don't need a calculator. I mean, I use the calculator, but I don't need one.

20:44

With those counting skills coming in Houston. I mean, and.

20:48

Thank God for what? First grade or something? Second grade.

20:50

I don't know when I started the numbers. I had a garden.

20:54

Aren't you a teacher, you should know when I started learning numbers.

20:57

Actually. Since. 2001.

21:01

It's been a long time. My friend a long time.

21:04

And at that point, I was in middle schools. So they are.

21:08

I already knew how to count. Okay.

21:10

Yeah. And things have rapidly changed like kindergarten from when we were in kindergarten is not kindergarten now.

21:17

So if we were just learning to count. In kindergarten, they're doing like multiplication.

21:23

Yeah. Okay. That's pretty much how it goes now.

21:26

All right. So I was looking at this week.

21:31

To see what's been going on and actually fits perfectly because last week we didn't record.

21:36

And part of it was you weren't feeling well.

21:40

Part of it was I wasn't in a great mental space.

21:43

So we just needed a break. And.

21:46

Tomorrow's world mental health day. Nice.

21:49

That's perfect. I want to see my psychiatrist this week.

21:52

I started my new meds this week. I mean, it just all works out.

21:58

So world mental health day.

22:02

Isn't opportunity for people and communities to unite behind the theme that mental health is a universal human rights.

22:10

To improve knowledge, raise awareness and drive actions that promote.

22:15

And protect everyone's mental health as a universal human right.

22:20

So basically they're saying that a lot of people don't have access to.

22:23

You know, healthcare so that they can get the help they need.

22:26

And. Well, that's the theme this year. I guess it changes every year.

22:31

Mine says world mental health theme this year.

22:34

But if that should be the theme every year, I mean, I did look up world mental health day.

22:39

2023. World mental health day for 2022 was make mental health and wellbeing for all a global priority.

22:45

So I guess it's similar because one was mental health care for all.

22:49

Let's make it a reality. 2020 was moved for mental health.

22:53

Let's invest. So I'm just saying. Same.

22:56

Ongoing theme, they just switched the title of it.

22:59

2019 was focused on suicide prevention.

23:02

So I guess, oh, like 17 was mental health in the workplace.

23:07

But the last few years, I think. I think it's good that they're focusing on making it making it a thing for everybody.

23:13

Yeah. I'm talking about it. I feel like there's a lot more virtual opportunities out there.

23:20

Counseling and things like that. And some of them are free to a certain extent.

23:25

So I feel like they are trying to get more help out there.

23:29

The people that you, if you want to talk to them, they're fricking expensive.

23:32

Yeah, I thought they were really expensive. She wants to talk about making it more accessible.

23:36

They're going to have to talk about the cost of it, because even though they talk about how it's cheaper than.

23:41

Regular, like going in person or I don't know, normal, whatever you want to call it.

23:45

It's still expensive. And it's still out of range for probably people who need it.

23:49

I think. Oh, yeah, just popped up.

23:51

60 to$90 per session.

23:54

Yeah, that's too much. I think that's a lot.

23:57

I mean, I get it, but I mean, if we're talking about to be more accessible, then there needs to be something better after.

24:02

Yeah. There's a lot of great apps out there that are free.

24:06

But I think people. The might like.

24:10

Such as Tom is one of them.

24:13

Yeah, often. You can only go so far with them.

24:17

And then you have to buy them cause. Some of them are cheaper.

24:21

I mean, but that was way cheaper than. You know, Going to a therapist, but.

24:26

Yeah, I just want some free shit out there for us.

24:29

That's true. I mean, I'm whining, complaining. I don't pay copay currently for my psychiatrist and I don't do talk therapy.

24:35

So this is my talk therapy. You got your hair, all my problems.

24:39

But really, since my medication is good and I am loving life.

24:45

I'm good. Yeah. I'm looking here in, this was something from January 30th, 2023.

24:52

An estimated 26% of Americans ages 18 and older.

24:57

I suffer from a diagnosable mental health.

25:00

Disorder. Almost half of Americans will experience an episode of mental illness in their lives.

25:06

And there are 4.5 million children.

25:10

Diagnosed and living with anxiety.

25:12

I imagine. I would love to go back and look at the numbers pre and post COVID.

25:18

Because I'm guessing they skyrocketed after crew.

25:22

Wondering though, I also want to just in general, Pre post COVID, but Probably when we were younger, the numbers would be much lower, but is that just because they didn't.

25:31

Diagnosis. Like there, they were just like, live with it.

25:35

Good luck with that. I mean, I think that's a lot of it.

25:39

Oh, it was just no one talked about it.

25:42

Whereas now I think people are open and.

25:44

Four. Accepting of it and understanding, and I mean, we have a long way to go, but I think that because more people are talking about it, it gets diagnosed and picked up easier.

25:56

And I mean, I think of when I was growing up and I'm sure there were tons of people that I was even friends with that were depressed.

26:04

But I had no idea what the warning signs were or anything to look or really what it is.

26:08

It was something that was like, like what you thought of depression was like way, right.

26:13

He was like something like, it was like normal or mental institution.

26:18

So in between. And then there's just me like I'm okay.

26:22

I'll tell you, you want to know if I have some mental health issues?

26:24

I do. You want me to yell it out at work? And I see a psychiatrist.

26:27

We'll do that. I'm making it. Welcoming for everybody.

26:31

Join the world. I got to sign off right before today.

26:35

Got. Therapy. I mean, I don't see why it should be a weird thing.

26:38

I don't care. The more you talk about it, the more people feel open with it.

26:43

So I don't care. People can know.

26:46

Yeah, I know. Shit sucks. Shit.

26:49

So many big medicine and I made sure. Sometimes you got it.

26:53

That medicine. And better at times you got switched around for awhile.

26:57

Many many years. I actually saw my psychiatrist on Friday and we'd started a medicine that was actually really helping me.

27:06

And then this last couple of weeks, you know, I've started to spiral back down.

27:10

And we had gotten to a point where I was like, you know, I feel good, so I don't want keep upping it.

27:17

Because you hit a certain limit and then it doesn't work.

27:20

Like there's nowhere to go. So I was afraid of hitting that too soon.

27:25

And he was like, yeah. I was going to say, we probably should bump it up because you've slat a low dose.

27:33

I don't want to push you. And I was like, no, he's okay.

27:35

Push me. We are bumping that up.

27:38

All right. Well, if you're listening and you have mental health, then you need a group of people to talk to you and come talk to Tracy.

27:44

And I we've. And if I haven't been.

27:49

It's somebody. I know, no shame, no shame here for whatever issues.

27:53

You're on, whatever medications you're on, how much therapy you can.

27:55

Going to see how much time you need to lay in bed on the little covers, like whatever you need, whatever.

28:00

No shame in our mental health game. Yes. So tomorrow, tomorrow, today, what day is it?

28:04

It's going to be tomorrow. So 10, 10.

28:08

Sure, whatever that's times. I don't know once he gets 10, 10, whenever you're listening to this.

28:13

10 10. Maybe share a post on social media, whether it's even if it's not about your own, just you can go to the world, mental health site and probably share something from them, but I would, you know, help spread the word that.

28:24

Yeah, people need to talk about it. And I do like the posts that people put out, like, you know what, if you're having a bad time, call me.

28:31

I'm here. I'll listen to you, bitch. Did you just call him a bitch or are you going to listen to them bitch?

28:38

I'll listen to you. Dry. I said that though.

28:43

Sorry. Was that not, is that not what I should say to someone who's not feeling well?

28:47

I totally is. I'll make them laugh. On a lighter note.

28:51

Yes, because mental health can be a very, I got all sorts of statistics and I'm looking at them and I'm like, I don't want to talk.

28:58

It's a heavy topic. Maybe you could just throw the coat some posts in.

29:02

Whatever you're looking at in the group. So people can follow that.

29:04

All right, so we'll, we'll end it on. Okay.

29:07

We love our national holiday. I do love a good national holiday.

29:11

Friday, not only is Friday the 13th.

29:14

That's a great day. But it is also.

29:17

National no broad day. And it's an amazing day.

29:20

And I love that one of the website says national no bra day, also known as the moment we get home from work.

29:29

I actually sometimes sleep in my bra. I don't actually hate them as much.

29:32

I mean, I'm not a huge fan. I don't like to wear them, but sometimes I just don't even really like, They notice it doesn't bother me a ton.

29:39

However, when I take it all does feel nice.

29:42

So you get used to it. So you're not thinking like, oh God, this is so uncomfortable all day or.

29:46

You were in the wrong bra. But yeah, taking it off, there is something freeing about it.

29:51

But when you have the big boobies. I know you don't want to go brawl us that often.

29:56

No. Okay. So, you know, there's there's a company out there then that's their whole premise is ditch the bra.

30:02

I've heard of the bras. I'm when we tried it on the very first time.

30:05

I think we were probably a little larger. So we were like one, it doesn't really fit, but they've expanded their sizing and everything.

30:10

And I'm want to try them again. 'cause I feel like if I could get away with some days not having to wear a bra and being able to not have my boobs on the ground, that would be.

30:19

Nice. So I'm thinking about trying on again.

30:22

You know, what's funny is I always wonder.

30:27

Is wearing no bra. Bad because then they're just sagging and it's like, Just pulling them down to make them saggier.

30:36

And should you sleep in a bra? And oddly enough, there are two lines of thought out there.

30:42

One says you should not, and you should.

30:45

B brawls as much as you can. Was that beneficial, but then on the other side, it's no, you should sleep in a bra because it'll hold them in and not sag as much.

30:55

So thank you for all the people out there.

30:57

Confusing the hell out of me. I mean, I think you just gotta listen with anything.

31:01

You just gotta do what feels right. Sometimes I sleep in a prob, but it could just be for reasons, like I just fell asleep and I'm in it, but I like to take off my bra.

31:09

Are you in a regular bra or like a.

31:14

It's a regular bra. So you'll sleep in that.

31:16

Like it's different if it's kind of like sports bra ish.

31:20

Or. Yeah, like sometimes it's just cause like I'll be laying on the couch watching TV and I haven't gotten changed yet.

31:25

And I fall asleep and I just don't even care. And. And if I do wake up to go to my bed and I'll just go to sleep.

31:30

Gotcha. From throw pajamas on, or that makes sense.

31:33

So sidebar, because I was just talking about.

31:36

Talked about. Sports bras. For those who don't know.

31:40

It was sports I can be the worst thing known to man, because you're trying to get it over your head and in your arms and then getting it off, like, It's impossible.

31:50

Those who don't know, they actually make sports bras, like regular bras, and then you clip them and I've actually blown people's minds.

31:58

So I want to make sure I spread that knowledge out there.

32:00

You can put it on like a regular bra and there's no more trying to get it over and off of your head.

32:07

I mean, I love a good sports bra. I mean, but getting those fuckers on and off is not easy when you don't use the regular ones.

32:14

Okay. I mean, I have regular sports.

32:18

I don't know that I have that much trouble, but you know, teach their own.

32:22

I have made some people's days by sharing that information.

32:25

I've seen a couple of posts about it on Facebook. They're like, seriously, how do people get these on and off?

32:29

And I'm like, let me share a little something with you. Well, you and I will be trying the company again with.

32:34

The no bra because I, whatever I could do to not have to wear it, but I also don't want my boobs decide to the ground.

32:39

And there's also, sometimes I don't want to wear a sports bra because it just doesn't work out.

32:42

Yeah. And I would love to wear something that kind of holds me in that I could wear, you know, a cute spaghetti strap.

32:48

Shirts and not have my big ass bra.

32:52

Coming out the sides. It'd be nice. You know, And Dan boobs.

32:57

Kids are the worst I was wanting to get. Surgery so that I can have an Aycock where I didn't have to wear a bra at all.

33:02

That would be so nice. One of my friends.

33:05

I don't know if I ever mentioned this before. She has very tiny boobs and I have very big boobs and we always wondered if we could do a surgery because our Booz meshed together would make the perfect.

33:16

However, I don't think they do that surgery.

33:18

I don't think so. How would you mess your boobs together and get a perfect boob if.

33:23

Here's her too. Like the average of your two. Yeah.

33:26

I would take some of mine and give them. Okay, so then mine would be smart.

33:31

It was like, Okay. That makes more sense.

33:33

I mean, we're not gonna, you know, chest bump it all of a sudden be like, I wonder twin powers activate heavy.

33:39

Amazing. No, I just want to get rid of them.

33:42

Maybe someday. I'm a millionaire. I didn't check to see if I won the lottery the other night, so I could be a billionaire and I just don't know yet.

33:49

I can tell you, I didn't. I did byline is hanging on in my fridge.

33:55

I will have to check it. I'm not feeling top on it, but you know, he never know.

33:58

Maybe like I won like a hundred bucks or something. I was going to say.

34:01

No one wanted. The big, because they were talking about how tonight was like a crazy amount.

34:06

Maybe a bigger than Saturday night. I think so unless they were talking about a different one, but.

34:11

I heard on the radio today. It was big.

34:14

That's what she said. Ah, Anyway, I'll let you know, and then we can You know, maybe if I'm a billionaire.

34:22

Oh, Only three minutes ago, the Powerball ratio, 1.5,$5 billion.

34:27

I mean, I'm not greedy. I don't need 1.5,$5 million.

34:31

Somebody did win the mega millions because that is up.

34:34

Let's sit back down to 20 mil. 20 mil.

34:37

I'm like being happy with like$500,000.

34:40

Wasn't it. I,$1 billion. I there'd be dude.

34:44

It help a lot of people. And keep some money for myself, including me.

34:48

Yes. Well, I would need a bestie. That's true.

34:52

Then you could actually continue to be your best friend.

34:56

And I would know that you weren't only my best friend because of money.

34:59

She never my metric. I mean, I've just been eating this.

35:05

Nicole's going to win the lottery so tight or it's going to benefit.

35:08

It's going to happen. Definitely.

35:11

Just so everybody knows. National no bra day.

35:15

Isn't just to let the boobies free. It is October.

35:18

It is breast cancer awareness month. So check those boobies.

35:22

Get those mammograms. I actually have to call my OB tomorrow because it's message has been sitting on my phone for three weeks now, and I have not called to schedule my appointment, but.

35:33

Get out there and check those. Nice.

35:35

I love a good message at the end. And anytime I get to say boobies.

35:41

It's my job did. I have a show you the sticker on my work laptop that my friend sent me I don't think so Maybe it's a b and it has like a sheet over it the boom B Okay Because she knew that i would find that humorous Cause i'm a child Well you have a childlike sense of humor and so our friends I think a 12 year old boy And I get to see booby again You could, What would you do if you were friends with booby sanders or whatever his name is BB.
