0:55
Don't ever do that again. I'm going to do it over and
0:57
over again, please. Once we're done recording,
1:00
I'm just going to sing it all day. Oh, thank
1:02
God. And you have to sit here. I'm
1:04
going to leave. Hi, everyone.
1:09
What's happening with you? Trace. Not whole
1:11
hell of a lot. Do
1:14
you feel like I had a very boring week? I'm
1:16
trying to think. Work is work. We
1:19
did kick asset named that tune this week. I
1:22
had my hair back Hairband round.
1:25
Nailed it. I mean.
1:28
I don't know if she nailed it, but she did better than
1:30
I would do. I mean, I missed
1:32
one and then had two bands
1:34
wrong. We were only
1:36
didn't have. One
1:38
and a half points out of that round. I
1:41
feel like. Two points we missed. Okay. Well,
1:43
That's four. We got RA. No,
1:46
we got one song title.
1:49
Three artists. Well, that's still
1:51
bad. How much
1:53
did you tribute? That's what I said,
1:56
but I didn't walk around saying I was going to nail it
1:58
or kick ass. I mean, I did
2:00
for doing nailing around. All around
2:02
by myself. Nailing, it would have been a higher percent.
2:05
you know, even the last time I got
2:07
only one song, actually
2:09
I got the artists, right. I missed a half a point
2:11
with the song. Yeah, That's what I'm saying. That's kicking
2:13
ass. all. All right, Fine. If you want
2:16
to, if you want. I kicked, but
2:18
I didn't kick ass. I
2:20
don't know about that, but whatever you did good. Did
2:23
good. That was the excitement
2:25
of my week. I did start.
2:27
The new love is. Okay.
2:29
I don't watch the shit outside. Oh, I know.
2:32
Anything about this, Season's going to have so
2:35
much drama. Can already
2:37
tell. Nice. Well, we also did start
2:39
the new season or another season, not a new season,
2:41
another season of love island, with. Yeah.
2:44
We're excited about. We only got like
2:46
two episodes in, though. I know we're going to have to work on. that.
2:49
We're going to have to start earlier. We were busy yesterday.
2:52
Yeah, we did a lot. We got a lot done, so yeah.
2:54
So well that's good. I have, there's a lot of drama for you.
2:57
So I'm going to keep my fingers crossed that
2:59
at the end of the season of love island, there's at least
3:01
one couple that's still together. I know it would
3:03
be nice. Any couples
3:05
have stayed together. I'm going to hold my breath,
3:07
I'm going to, I'm going to hope. And
3:09
I looked up there's like five or six seasons,
3:12
but I can't figure out where they are. So
3:15
we're on. Three and that's
3:17
on Hulu. but. I don't know where the rest of
3:19
them live. Well, we have like 400 episodes
3:21
of this season, so will. we'll
3:23
find it. by the next Very good point. And
3:25
we won't be watching next weekend.
3:28
Because next weekend is party
3:30
at Nicole. Oh, yeah. Lou
3:32
For Mike's birthday. At state Ohio
3:34
state. That's a big, a
3:37
big weekend. Yeah. Our party
3:39
starts. It's it's definitely the over
3:41
40 crowd party because it starting in the
3:43
morning because the game is at noon,
3:46
overwrites and It's About that
3:48
last week. No kegs and eggs, we're doing muffins
3:50
and mimosas. So we may
3:52
be drunk and ready for bed by
3:54
like four o'clock. So that's definitely our.
3:57
That is. Over 40 party.
4:00
Yes. Yes. So That's
4:02
what it will be a good time. And
4:04
we kicked off the fall craft
4:06
fair season today. We
4:09
to the good fall, fast Downingtown,
4:11
fall Fest today. Love it. spent
4:13
a lot of money. Had
4:16
not expected to do that. I did not
4:18
spend a lot of money, but I did find somebody to
4:20
make something that I've been wanting for a long time.
4:22
So I am super excited about that. That
4:24
was very exciting. I do love walking around. It was a perfect
4:26
fall day. The vendors were
4:28
really good and it was just nice
4:30
to be out and about. Yeah. I
4:33
agree. I love this. This is perfect
4:35
time to now. Hello. craft First season. And so hopefully
4:37
there'll be a few coming up. Oh, I'm
4:39
sure we just have to look them up. We
4:42
got to do a little research. I'm
4:44
sure. We'll find a whole bunch. Of course. We'll we have
4:47
we have to find out when the
4:49
big one is that we like to go to Bishop Shanahan.
4:51
Oh, yes. That's usually, I want
4:53
to say like the first weekend in December.
4:55
Yes. Hopefully the people that are listening,
4:57
now, we're talking about and they go to their own craft
4:59
fairs and vendor events. And shop
5:02
with the locals. Because I said the shop
5:04
small shop with the local people.
5:06
Yep. Which changes it a lot of today, I
5:08
did. I did. I supported small businesses
5:11
today. Chapter. Do what I can do
5:13
to, I took over for you normally, you're the one spending
5:15
money today. I was like, I'll take that. I'll take that.
5:18
I I didn't even fight it wasn't that I didn't find
5:20
anything, but. I had just bought
5:22
a couple of things from. Certain
5:24
places. So I need to,
5:26
I'm going to have to post a picture of my
5:28
new magnet. And stick. Yeah.
5:32
So that was probably my favorite purchase.
5:34
Yes. So, I guess. When
5:37
I'm not going to tell you what it says. So
5:40
in our Facebook group. Good
5:43
reason to join. Yeah. Absolutely.
5:45
That was
5:47
your week. I mean, it was good.
5:50
I I don't think I shopped on Timo.
5:52
I'm getting all my team new packages in, but I don't
5:54
think I shopped on it. No. You said
5:56
you were going to cause you were bored one day, but I
5:58
didn't. I think you withheld. I did.
6:01
I did. Now I did today. I think
6:03
today, maybe I, I got credit back
6:05
for something. I returned. Sweater.
6:07
So I, so I swapped, so I really.
6:11
And then I also, I found a couple
6:13
of things. I shadow pallets on
6:15
clash, mark that I had to have. So
6:17
my sock is getting pretty big, but I also sold
6:19
a bunch and I do. I'm still
6:21
for those that, remember when I was practicing
6:24
getting my eyeshadow, you know, working on my ass.
6:26
I still put it on every single day. So
6:29
every morning before work, I do, I don't think I've
6:31
missed a day and now you have a good reason
6:33
to put it on people actually skew. Yes,
6:36
it's so nice. I would've done it anyway,
6:38
but now people do see me. And I put it on every
6:40
day, so I haven't missed a day. So I keep practicing
6:42
trying new techniques. And so there's a good reason I
6:44
have all of the different color I can.
6:47
Change it up. And my day.
6:49
have to teach me because I don't have the patience
6:52
to watch all the tutorials and
6:54
I still have a whole bunch of eye shadow. Super
6:56
easy. It's getting easier. So
6:59
we'll see. All right. So that's that?
7:01
So that's my shopping. Friday.
7:03
I actually I'm supposed to see my psychiatrist.
7:06
She, well, she's not, she's a. Nurse
7:08
practitioner. And she's the nurse practitioner. But
7:11
anyway, I call her my psychiatrist because it is. That's
7:13
basically what she is. She prescribed her medicine.
7:16
So what in, and I'm
7:18
on Abilify and Cymbalta and they're
7:20
doing fabulous. Yay.
7:22
Really great. And now what she added
7:25
in was she's putting me back on
7:27
Welbutrin you did LA. I
7:29
did. I thought it was great. So the, before
7:31
I was taking it for anxiety. And
7:34
whatever. But I'm
7:36
kind of diagnosed within
7:38
like a bunch of different things. Like there might
7:40
be a little bit of she's
7:42
not, I don't really fit quite into
7:44
like a category, so it's kind
7:46
of looking at bipolar one.
7:49
Obviously depression generally, or what
7:51
is it? General anxiety disorder.
7:53
I have that too, but. Oh It's the
7:56
depression. Disorder. I
7:59
forget what comes before it. And then
8:01
yeah. Major depressive disorder. So
8:04
anyway, so, so in between that, and then
8:06
also trying to figure out, because one of my biggest
8:08
issues is focus. I cannot
8:10
focus And I used to love to read. I could
8:12
read book. After book and every book. And
8:14
now I can't read a few sentences before I'm just
8:17
like off or I have to reread again. Watch.
8:19
TV's a struggle. And so that kind
8:21
of, so then we were taking a look at. ADHD
8:25
because that, that sometimes presents itself
8:27
as anxiety and depression. And so,
8:30
anyway all of these things. She's
8:32
trying to figure out, obviously what may have surprised. on. So
8:34
now we've added well, future back in, because
8:37
that's a medicine that they provide,
8:39
not only to treat. Anxiety
8:41
and depression. And if there's
8:44
like weight loss in there as well, but it's
8:46
for another medicine for ADHD.
8:48
So she put me on that to see if that helps
8:50
with the focus. So I just started taking
8:52
that on Friday. Okay. So
8:54
we'll see how that goes. She says she doesn't expect
8:56
to see any results until I bump up to
8:58
the next level. But just to get
9:00
me on and started. We did that.
9:02
So hopefully that helps because. I
9:05
focus it's terrible. And at work, one of my
9:08
jobs is to like, count we
9:10
count, the products. right? And sometimes they're like
9:12
these really tiny, like screws they're
9:14
real tiny. And like, and there's hundreds
9:16
of them sometimes like a thousand and I have to counsel them And
9:19
sometimes I'm really like. Counting over
9:21
and over again. I just lost my train of thought.
9:23
So I'm really hoping that the Welbutrin.
9:27
What she said, if it doesn't work and my focus
9:29
doesn't come back, then I'm going to have to go through
9:31
and take the ADHD. She'll
9:33
have to give me the ADHD test. Oh
9:36
to then put me on this other medication
9:39
that also is for that.
9:41
I have to have like a more formal diagnosis of.
9:45
All Or something like that. So so
9:47
we'll see how this goes. So that's, so that was on
9:49
Friday, so I don't there's no. I don't have
9:51
any results. We're just on Sunday
9:53
here. Recording. So that's what's
9:55
going on with me and I have to see her every,
9:57
I see her every six weeks. So I have to see her in
9:59
six weeks Okay. and see how that's going.
10:02
And. Well, it's progressing. So I'm excited because I, the
10:04
other medicines are really working well. Everything's coming
10:06
together. Pretty
10:08
happy about that. Well, it's funny because
10:11
my not my psychiatrist, my
10:13
therapist too many issues. I
10:17
mean, she's known me now for.
10:21
I would say. At least three years, I've
10:23
been seeing her. So she knows me
10:25
really well. And we were talking adult
10:27
onset ADHD, which is apparently
10:29
pretty common. And I was telling
10:31
her some things and she's like, have you ever looked
10:34
into it? And I said
10:36
no, because. In my mind.
10:39
Like yes, the focus piece, but I
10:41
always think ADHD the hyperactive
10:43
piece. And that is clearly not me. And
10:46
she was like, but I think you need to focus
10:48
on the inattention piece. And
10:50
like you said, the fact that sometimes it
10:52
presents itself as depression and anxiety.
10:54
She actually sent me this video to watch, which
10:56
was kind of funny because I want to say it was like a 15
10:59
minute video and I couldn't get. Video.
11:01
I had to stop. But
11:04
since I just changed my meds with my
11:06
psychiatrist, I was going to bring it up
11:08
to him. So,
11:11
because I don't want to go in.
11:13
Because I'm sure he doesn't appreciate when people are like.
11:15
Think I have this. I wanted
11:18
to do a little research to see,
11:20
you know, I didn't want to just say, Hey, I watched
11:22
this video. Blah, blah, blah.
11:25
So I actually looked up a little bit more
11:27
about ADHD. And
11:29
I learned, so there used to be a
11:31
D D, which was the attention
11:33
without the hyperactivity, but now
11:36
everything falls under ADHD.
11:38
So there's the three subtypes
11:40
we have primarily inattentive,
11:43
which is, I think. What I would fall
11:45
under. Primarily hyperactive,
11:48
impulsive. And then combined.
11:51
So each one you have to have at least
11:53
six of the symptoms. And then the combined,
11:56
you need to have 600 each interesting.
11:58
So I thought it was interesting. Yeah. I might have. to
12:00
do. I feel like I might have It
12:02
was 600 cats on secondary. Each because I,
12:05
the impulsiveness for me is John. And
12:08
she's also trying to treat that with the medications,
12:11
right. And so that might, well, hopefully
12:13
the Welbutrin will help with that. Yeah. We'll
12:16
do a little test. Towards the end. Okay.
12:18
We'll. see if you fall there. You can just
12:20
diagnose you and you don't have to take the test
12:23
with her. I don't even have to go to the doctor.
12:25
I'll tell you. But I thought it was
12:27
interesting because it led
12:29
me down a rabbit hole. I know that shocking.
12:32
I went down a rabbit hole of something. About
12:34
how it was once thought to be
12:36
only a male disorder, right. So
12:39
it left, like. Still
12:42
girls and women are very underdiagnosed.
12:45
Because they just see it as.
12:49
I think speed has it more of that hyperactivity,
12:51
right? Because you always see little boys running around
12:53
to being crazy. So they were always
12:56
first, not first to get it, but they
12:58
focused in on that. So I thought that was really
13:00
interesting. And women,
13:03
it gets thrown under the emotional
13:06
piece of depression and anxiety. So
13:08
now. I feel they're more open because, and
13:10
I think maybe more of a, because I've seen
13:13
so many more. Women over
13:15
40 being diagnosed with
13:17
ADHD, like in, like, I know that
13:19
somebody, I read this For me when I
13:21
started looking into it. I read
13:23
an article from somebody I follow on Facebook,
13:26
like a business code or somebody, and she was talking about
13:28
how she had it. And she was
13:30
listing the symptoms that she had
13:32
and I think it is confusing because the symptoms
13:34
could fall under everything, you know, other things, but then
13:36
I've noticed other people I follow habits are getting
13:38
diagnosed. Does they probably weren't diagnosed
13:40
when they were younger. Because it was always considered the
13:42
boy. So it's definitely, I definitely have seen
13:44
it out there. Yeah. And that's
13:47
what I mean, it hits so many different things.
13:49
So they say that the symptoms revolve
13:52
around executive dysfunction. So
13:54
that is managing focus, concentration,
13:57
emotional regulation, impulse control,
13:59
and self motivation. And
14:01
It's gotta be hard to be a psychiatrist
14:03
because I feel like so many of these things overlap.
14:06
Yeah. And then there's specific medicines
14:09
for each one. So how do you know
14:12
which wasn't going to go with. its. The
14:14
hard. I don't know. I don't want that. Yeah.
14:16
I don't know. I mean, I, yeah,
14:18
so far my psychiatrist, she's
14:20
doing a good job of managing the medicines
14:22
and kind of figuring out. You know,
14:25
where I was and, and I think for her,
14:27
she just, I know in our first
14:29
couple of meetings, she just asked a ton of questions.
14:31
And then when it's like, and then we'll dig down
14:33
a little deeper to see where, you know, where
14:35
she thought she would start. But that's
14:37
basically, I mean, Along
14:40
with her background. It was really more of what I
14:42
was saying. Right. Led her
14:45
to figure out what she was going to start with and
14:47
yeah. Fortunately, I think. It's been good.
14:49
Cause you know, my mood was the mood thing.
14:52
one of the biggest issue. And,
14:55
I was always just on a anti-depressant.
14:58
Now I'm on a mood stabilizer. And
15:00
an anti-depressant. So the mood stabilizers.
15:04
Really good. So,
15:06
yeah. But that's why she's struggling to figure
15:08
out. What else to add
15:11
in, and if I should go to the Welbutrin and
15:13
then there's different reasons why she, you know, I, she
15:15
wants to start there and yeah. So
15:18
That's crazy. It is crazy
15:20
out there. But, yeah, I remember my last
15:22
psychiatrist cause I have switched cause I wasn't
15:25
a huge fan. I don't think he was really
15:27
digging in where I do feel the new guy.
15:30
You know, he would just go right
15:32
to the, can you not sit still?
15:34
And then he was focusing more on the hyperactive
15:37
part. So that's why I was like, oh no, that's definitely
15:39
not me. But now I'm starting to lean
15:41
towards that inattentive. Yeah.
15:43
And Attentiveness the, knot. the, no,
15:46
the no focus. And
15:48
impulsiveness that's really what. And
15:51
And when I actually when I went
15:53
in and that's where she, you know, she asked if the other
15:55
stuff, because I guess the, you know, if my
15:57
mood is better and I'm not
15:59
as depressed, maybe that was part of the focus. But
16:01
because I go in and I'm still like, no, I
16:03
can't focus. That's why she's like, okay,
16:05
we're still going to lead and see if we can treat that.
16:08
I guess if there could have been. Like
16:11
those two other medications could have helped.
16:13
If it was, if it was just presenting itself
16:16
as depression. So
16:18
that makes sense. All right. You want to do a little
16:20
test? I do. I do. I love tests. Let's
16:22
see if you have combined. Okay. You ready?
16:25
I'm ready. Okay. Okay. So these are the inputs. Inattentive
16:28
type symptoms. All right. So
16:30
you have to keep count. I'm just going to read that. Okay. Okay.
16:33
You're prone to making errors because
16:35
of inattention. Yes. You
16:38
have trouble staying focused and on task?
16:40
Yes. You often
16:42
seem like you're not paying attention
16:44
when others talk, you zone out
16:46
or have what's known as the thousand
16:48
yard stare. Yes. You
16:51
can start projects easily and
16:53
ha but have trouble following through and completing
16:56
them. Yes. You have difficulty
16:59
organizing and setting priorities.
17:02
Yes. You dislike
17:05
or avoid boring or tedious
17:07
tasks? Yes. Hate them. See,
17:10
they have such as busy work chores or
17:12
paperwork. Sometimes.
17:16
I, well, I don't know that I prefer busy
17:19
work. I've sometimes I do prefer
17:21
monotonous work. So
17:23
I don't have to focus on it. Because
17:26
it's just something I can do without
17:28
even thinking. still hate
17:30
that. Yeah. I mean, I don't like it. If
17:32
I had to pick something that I needed to focus in
17:34
on versus just moving,
17:37
you know, one thing from another. I
17:40
will tend to choose that. You're
17:42
prone to losing misplacing
17:44
or forgetting things. Shit. I don't
17:47
remember what we're just, what are we talking about? You're
17:50
easily distracted by what's happening around
17:53
you or by your own thoughts. Yep. You
17:55
are forgetful or opposite minded
17:58
in your daily routine and may forget
18:00
appointments to pay your bills, et cetera.
18:02
A hundred percent. All right.
18:05
So that's those, did you have at least six? I
18:07
had nine of that. There was.
18:10
two nine.
18:13
909. You win. Okay.
18:17
Hyperactive impulsive type
18:19
symptoms. All right. You
18:21
fidget often. Mm,
18:25
I don't. Think so. So
18:27
my leg is constantly. Would
18:29
that count? Davy. Okay. See,
18:32
I always attributed that to anxiety. Okay.
18:35
You frequently need to stand up and walk
18:37
around? Yes. You often feel
18:39
restless. Yes. Your legs.
18:41
Yeah. You have trouble
18:43
staying quiet and you talk to yourself
18:46
and say nonsensical phrases
18:48
and sounds. Yes. On
18:50
sensical phrases. And sounds like what. This,
18:53
like, I'll just say random, like,
18:55
especially if I'm talking to my dog, I just say random thing.
18:58
Is that I do. We're like out loud or like
19:00
the lady at work will be like, what are you saying? I'm like, I don't
19:02
know. I'm just talking to myself like, I made no sense.
19:05
It Is what it is. You
19:07
are unusually active
19:09
and people have trouble keeping up with
19:11
you. No. You
19:14
find yourself talking excessively.
19:17
This can look like overexplaining
19:19
yourself or info dumping.
19:22
An informal term. For talking
19:24
at length about something you enjoy. Yes,
19:26
I can do that. You have conversational
19:30
self-restraint problems, you
19:32
frequently interrupt people or finish
19:34
their sentences? Yes, I do You
19:37
have trouble being patient and waiting your
19:39
turn. Yes. You
19:41
don't always understand social
19:43
boundaries. You may interrupt or
19:46
intrude on others without realizing
19:48
that others may find this behavior rude.
19:52
I might do it, but I know if I do it, it's rude.
19:54
So it was, I was saying. Saying
19:57
no. You Understand social Yeah. I
19:59
would say no. All right. How many did you have for that? Nice
20:02
right on target. Looking
20:04
at that. Okay, so
20:07
it looks like you can Def I, I will officially
20:09
diagnose you with combined ADHD.
20:12
Perfect. I will let my psychiatrists know.
20:14
Let her know that we did the test
20:17
and she doesn't need to do, and you're going to go do it again.
20:19
Just give. you on drugs. Well,
20:21
hopefully Welbutrin will solve some of this because she
20:23
really felt strongly about that. But
20:26
yeah, like I've looked at a bunch of different
20:28
ADHD or add or whatever you want
20:30
to call them. Ones that you can do from home.
20:33
And for the most part, they say
20:35
that I have some form of it. I
20:38
haven't. Quiet. Quote unquote failed it. We
20:42
pass every time with blind tellers. Honestly,
20:45
what really made sense or why. And I was
20:47
like, when I was really kind of sold on.
20:50
You know, finding it or, or trying to figure out
20:52
what was causing it. It was when I learned about
20:55
The impulsiveness and the impulse. The
20:57
Chopping and not being able to stop
20:59
between the bipolar one and eight. And
21:02
she's not sure on which one it is, but
21:04
that's what really sold me on like, maybe this it,
21:06
maybe if I'm not fully. You know, bipolar
21:09
then maybe it is the HD.
21:12
Yeah over One of them is causing it and
21:14
hopefully the medication will help it.
21:16
But that's when I was like, I think. Because I
21:18
feel like if it were the bipolar.
21:21
It would go in cycles. Right. Whereas
21:24
your shot. At code. So, you
21:26
know, actually it's really interesting. So if I'm like
21:29
super depressed, Like if I'm like
21:31
depressing I'm on the couch and We all shop. That's
21:33
the only opposite. It's like one of the only things
21:35
eating. well Shopping makes me feel better. So
21:37
when I'm in a good one, I'm in
21:39
a really good mood or I'm on that
21:42
I cycle. That's when I tend
21:44
to shop. But if I'm depressed and laying on
21:46
the couch or just like, don't feel like doing anything, then
21:48
I won't shop. I don't want to do, I literally don't want
21:50
to do. Anything. It's just, yeah,
21:52
it's just really what I'm like, if I'm super happy
21:55
and like, It's
21:57
really high. Just really like. So
22:00
it's hard to figure out. I know that's
22:02
the whole thing. So that's
22:05
what we're working on, figuring out. it It
22:07
would be really great if. Welbutrin
22:09
works and then I don't. And then I can just keep
22:11
taking. Yeah. These three medicines. And
22:14
hopefully that stays for a while Cause.
22:16
how do you really nice to feel good for rather than.
22:19
You know, I mean, honestly, it's been, how long
22:21
has that? I You know, or month are we in or gone?
22:23
It's the middle of October. So
22:26
I don't know. When did I start seeing my psychiatrist?
22:28
So it's been at least three months, I think. I was going to say.
22:31
Maybe July. So if
22:33
I could go, if I go for like another three months
22:36
and I'm still feeling good, like I'll be excited
22:38
because this will be the longest
22:40
that I didn't cycle until. downward
22:42
kind of thing. So I'm really hoping
22:44
that we're on the right track. Yeah, it's not
22:47
easy to figure out. Like, I don't
22:49
know how they figure out when everything's crosses
22:51
over. It was cross over. and, You
22:53
know, especially if you have anything else going on, you're
22:55
taking any other medication for anything. You got to be careful
22:57
what medications you're taking. Interacts
22:59
with each other. Right. And even with,
23:02
you know, even with the medicines, you. know that
23:04
they put that. I have just to do with
23:06
like these three things that I have. Or
23:09
that she thinks I have like, they could cause.
23:11
You know, maybe you have too much serotonin or too much.
23:13
of this. even have to be careful. Within
23:16
the same classes. So two. Shit.
23:19
It was too much. And I love the
23:21
interactions. So. My
23:24
Lamictal. can
23:27
affect. Birth control. Which
23:30
I know. You know, So the.
23:33
Apparently at CVS, they don't put it in the system
23:35
that they've already discussed this with you. Oh,
23:37
So the first time I went, I was in the drive-thru.
23:40
And the guy checking me out, like something
23:43
must be on the computer. So he went and got
23:45
this. Pharmacist and she came over.
23:47
She was like So
23:50
you know the limbic dog will interact
23:52
have you seen like any breakthrough
23:55
bleeding or anything like that and
23:57
i literally said to her I'm 47
24:00
years old i've seen it all And
24:02
then the next time it was a guy in.
24:04
oh nice It was
24:06
so awkward he was like you know they interact
24:08
in. You know you need to be careful and like i know
24:10
like I already had this conversation How many times
24:12
you're going to tell me Yeah, I'm
24:16
in school again nice protection
24:19
Oh, Oh my god But
24:21
then i'm like god dammit what am i on the birth control
24:23
pill for well can't go up Ever
24:25
until i get all my bits out Yes
24:28
The time so everything's just interacting
24:31
with each other and i was like my body's already
24:33
a mess without. I don't care. Sorry. Yeah
24:38
Zale fine. Everything's fine It's all
24:40
by itself I have to say We
24:42
got pedicures yesterday Yeah. It's late
24:44
in the season Right.
24:47
Going off on a tangent but we got pretty
24:50
Followers on our wheat Ball
24:53
You know what i just noticed my toe
24:55
color matches your eye color today Ah,
24:59
We should take a picture of my toe near your eye.
25:01
And we Please that sounds amazing that's
25:03
definitely gonna happen Sure I
25:06
want to see it It's not going to
25:08
happen but
25:10
it felt so nice to get a pedicure and
25:12
it would today was a beautiful fall day where we still
25:15
wear flip flops i'm hoping flip-flops will
25:17
be in for a little while longer It was
25:19
much better than the last pedicure we
25:21
got oh my god where they cut your foot Yes
25:24
I Paint my toes correctly
25:27
It was it was brutal And yesterday
25:30
we didn't even get like a fancy pedicure No.
25:32
That woman Could rub foot Yeah
25:35
oh yeah she was good They did a good they did
25:37
a good job so it was nice It was relaxing
25:39
Yeah. i'm still thinking that
25:41
probably even after this one i'm going to get another one
25:43
when i'm ready to do my holiday nails because
25:46
i like a good medicare even though it's winter time
25:48
Probably We're only in october
25:51
i'll get one more And
25:53
then i do like to let my toes
25:55
breathe for a little bit over the winter because
25:58
i've noticed five leave the polish on
26:00
they get like yellow and So at some point
26:02
i will take them off and give them like a two
26:04
month break Yeah
26:07
i'll see you in that maybe after christmas one
26:09
I might do it So, yeah. I got to go back
26:12
and get that There was another fellow. It
26:15
was blue. It was
26:17
like a blue screen. it was really pretty Yeah
26:20
yeah so we have to call ahead because they
26:22
get booked up really I just feel so crazy
26:24
in the winter you think not many people are getting pedicures
26:28
But anyway i just wanted to share that we did that Speaking
26:30
of add speaking of yeah
26:33
so anyway so what are we going to what are we
26:35
chatting about this week in the group
26:37
with this So they did
26:39
give some strategies for dealing with adhd
26:42
they gave tips for getting organized
26:44
and controlling clutter Because
26:47
that will help inattention and distractibility
26:50
They talk about tips for managing
26:52
your time and staying on schedule
26:55
when they hit give a whole bunch of things so i won't read through
26:57
them all i'll post something in the group But
27:00
what i was thinking was we could see
27:03
what tips everybody
27:05
has for you know staying
27:07
organized or how you manage your time
27:10
You know just sharing tips because maybe
27:12
there's something not on the list That
27:15
everything would be And
27:17
even if you know if you don't have adhd
27:20
It's not you just might not be great at organizing
27:22
Time management and so these tips could come in handy
