0:44

And welcome back to episode. 41.

0:47

One of these days. I was going to say, I would forget what episode we're on.

0:51

Sorry. It's over 40 and child-free. But I number the episodes, I'm looking right at the number.

0:55

I won't forget. Okay. I'm glad.

0:58

So it's high sometimes do. Yeah. I literally was like, oh, I'm going to forget.

1:02

And then I looked at the episode title. I was like, well, if I can't read, I might forget, but.

1:07

Well, good job. I'm glad you could remember. I can read it.

1:10

I would take a guess. And just be like, I don't know, somewhere around the forties.

1:13

In the forties. We are. Over 40 and in the forties.

1:17

And how what's the, why can't I think of.

1:20

Mid forties. Upper forties, lower forties.

1:23

You know how it like sections. It's like 41 to 43 is an early.

1:29

I was like low forties. We're in our early forties.

1:35

Much different than it's going to be in our mid forties.

1:37

Yes. That is. So it's 40 to 42 is your early forties.

1:42

And then 43. No.

1:45

41 to 43, 44 to 46.

1:49

47 to 49. Perfect.

1:51

I'm in my mid forties. Oh, yeah, you are.

1:54

So you're in, are you in your late forties? Late forties.

2:00

And second. I thought you catch up to me at the end of the year.

2:04

No, you're a full year younger than me. I'm Dan, just the baby.

2:08

Baby. And the young and the friendship.

2:11

If we had a good soundboard. I had a baby crying right now.

2:15

But we don't. We do not, I still have not looked at.

2:18

Okay someday. Someday someday.

2:20

We'll get there. I'm not as good at, as learning things over YouTube.

2:24

As most people, I get real frustrated real fast, and I want them to go faster.

2:30

I'm not a patient person. Can you just watch it and like, One and a half times.

2:34

How it might be too bad. You can go like 1.2, five.

2:38

Huh. One and a half. I can do that on YouTube.

2:41

Yeah. Well, let's see. I mean, I've never even looked it up.

2:43

So I have no idea. And these videos are.

2:46

Just a quick video. It might be okay.

2:49

All right. Well, I'll see. Okay. One of these days, One of these days when you're snowed in.

2:54

Which might be soon. I mean.

2:58

What Snowden. Like you didn't know what he can leave their house.

3:03

That much snow. I don't think that's going to happen. Never let that happen.

3:07

Again, my soundboard would be me knocking on wood.

3:09

Can you hear that people when he is like, what the fuck is happening right now?

3:13

I hear knocking. This is my meetup soundboard.

3:17

What did I, oh, I had a bang, something off of the counter the other day.

3:21

I forget what I was trying to get to work. And she was like, I'm like, it's just me.

3:27

It's just me before she went crazy and Randell hallway.

3:31

We sometimes have to tell our dogs that it's us.

3:33

Making the noise. I don't care about no, she was looking at me confused as I was like, waving my arms.

3:39

It's me. Yeah.

3:41

You hear the noise too. She was like, congratulations.

3:47

Yeah. Well it's Monday.

3:50

So it's been crazy. Since last week, since last week.

3:54

Last, it was a very stressful week. I don't know, there was just a lot of, so it was just stress, just stress.

4:00

Okay. This weekend. Let's do this weekend.

4:05

Oh, no, no work. I did work.

4:08

Watched football. I did sleep in.

4:11

And that might've been it it's okay. I mean, all good things, right.

4:15

I was, that was about it. I don't even know if I did a load of laundry this weekend.

4:18

That's perfect. You know what I did do. I decided to go to the grocery store and cause I typically will go and buy like one or two days worth of stuff.

4:27

I decided I was going to go and buy a whole bunch of stuff.

4:30

And then my power went out for five hours.

4:33

Okay. Only five hours. Yeah, no, I went on the internet.

4:36

They were like, yeah, don't drink that milk. Yeah, no, we had to get rid of our milk.

4:40

Our milk soured. Yeah. After our delicious, he went out last week and I had, well, the last time it went out, it was much longer than five hours and my eggs were still sitting in there.

4:50

So I got rid of two containers of milk, eggs, some cheese.

4:54

Even have to put eggs in the refrigerator though.

4:56

So I feel like it's weird if they get cold and then warm and then cold and then warm.

5:02

I wasn't taking chances.

5:05

Okay. I would rather throw it out then. Have food poisoning at some.

5:09

I mean, yeah, I agree. I'm just saying I had chicken in there.

5:12

At times, good times, however. I did yesterday.

5:15

Why? Y vice funding through Facebook.

5:18

Well, scrolling through Facebook. Found this thing that.

5:22

You can put a mug of water, a cup of water and.

5:28

And then once it freezes, you put a quarter on top and that way when your power goes out, depending on where the quarter is, it shows you how much your freezer defrosted.

5:38

So there is currently a cup of water and a mug in my freezer.

5:42

I have yet to put the quarter. Okay.

5:45

But I was waiting for it to. They just did it today.

5:48

Okay. I wanted to give it. Amble freezing time.

5:51

I have no idea what we are. We lost ours.

5:54

The milk was the only thing it was after I was eating it.

5:56

I had like three or four bites of cereal because I really wanted this cereal.

5:59

And I was like, I'm going to eat through the sour milk tastes.

6:03

The after like three bites, I was like that candy that it's bad milk.

6:06

Yeah, sour milk is, is. It's pretty gross.

6:09

I was like, bummer. It wasn't even out that long I'm like, oh, is that long enough for the milk to go sour?

6:13

Yeah. So that was great.

6:16

And it just came out of nowhere. It did cause, and I'm surprised that you got it.

6:20

Cause usually when I get heavy wind around here and we had heavy winds, my electricity will go out.

6:24

If somebody like Lowe's on something and it just flickered.

6:28

I was not happy about it. I'm sorry to hear that.

6:31

Yesterday. I was in the middle of, I was in like a good group getting stuff done.

6:34

I was going to get it all done yesterday so that I could not work today.

6:39

Yeah, then I literally just sat here in the dark.

6:43

It was like, well now, cause it was like five o'clock.

6:46

And it was already like two hours in and I'm like, well now what do I do?

6:51

Can you go to bed at five o'clock? I know I was picturing you just sitting on your couch.

6:55

In the dark doing nothing, just like that was exactly what was happening, because I didn't even want to have like the flashlight on, or my neighbor bought me this little like lantern thing, because then I didn't know how many batteries I had.

7:07

So my luck. I would then use up all the batteries and then have nothing.

7:11

So I had like two candles going. Just sitting here in the dark with, to the lower of a candle.

7:18

Wow. It just sounds very nice though. I guess you could call it.

7:23

You can call it something. Yeah. It was great.

7:26

And then it would tease me. It would like flick back on.

7:29

And then like five seconds later, it would turn back off.

7:32

And then 20 minutes later. Turn back on.

7:35

In an apartment complex station. I have generators that.

7:38

And not let your electricity go out. It just seems like a lot of people that don't have electricity, so yeah.

7:44

And what's weird is the people across the street or on a different.

7:49

Oh, did they have it? Oh, yeah. So I get to watch them with all their lights on.

7:53

That's just not right now. Not cool at all.

7:56

And then I was thinking, oh, maybe I can go somewhere.

7:59

I mean, the nice thing is I have the fireplace that's gas, so I wasn't concerned about being cold.

8:04

But I'm like, Well, I there's nowhere I can go really with Winnie.

8:09

Because she's. Not very kind to other dogs.

8:14

And I was like, oh, Nope. They have a dog.

8:17

Oh, maybe? Nope. They have a dog. Can you come to my house?

8:20

We would have put our dogs away for Winnie. But then she would just like, she would want to explore and then she'd be trying to get in the other room and she would just be, you're always more than welcome.

8:31

You and Winnie. Yeah. Just in case you need somewhere to go.

8:34

Next time your power goes out for hours and hours and hours.

8:36

Yeah, at least the other time it was overnight.

8:39

So that was not so bad.

8:41

I mean, I did end up going to bed at like eight o'clock that night and I was like, okay, that's, that's doable.

8:47

Five a little early. Might've been a little early.

8:50

And my mom was like, well, why don't you read.

8:55

I'm not going to read with a flashlight. That's just going to hurt my eyes.

8:59

What about the candle? It's like old eyes all day.

9:03

Great. I've been like what it was like.

9:06

In the wall. Olden. Yeah.

9:09

We'll house on the Prairie. Then you try that.

9:13

Nope. It's that I sat here. Cranky going well now with.

9:16

Am I going to do. Well, I'm glad it didn't last too, too long.

9:20

I got to watch the game. Which was a good game.

9:24

Okay. Hopefully tonight's a good game for all the Eagles fans out there.

9:28

Hopefully. We'll see, I dunno, I did see baker Mayfield might not be playing so.

9:33

If I go into the backup of the box, maybe they'll have a chance.

9:37

Something like that. Well, that makes it not really.

9:39

It was just questionable. I don't know if he's actually officially out.

9:43

I feel like everybody is questionable at this point in the season.

9:46

So except TJ watt, he is on the, currently on the sidelines, not questioning.

9:51

Not questionable. I don't know. We'll see.

9:53

I did it. So it better be a good game. Hoping they win at least from like, yeah.

9:58

How was your weekend? Well, I just got done feeling better.

10:02

I was sick for a couple of days, right.

10:05

Yeah, I did get some rest though. I slept all day.

10:09

Slept most days, Thursday and Friday. I did get up on Saturday, sign an appointment that I go to, but that was fine.

10:15

I felt a little better. I basically just laid around all weekend.

10:19

Wash this really crazy ass movie that Mike made me watch that it was, it had I knew it was going to be slightly weird cause I had John Malka vagina.

10:27

Oh, okay. But it also had Josh Hartnett in it.

10:29

So I felt like there needed to be a balance of like, it couldn't be too weird.

10:32

Like maybe Jay, maybe Malcovich his character would be like weird, but they're like the movie itself wouldn't be too.

10:38

Crazy. I don't know what the F happened, but let me tell you, there was a dude that.

10:45

A. Rock structure.

10:48

Then there was a stone baby.

10:51

And then the stone baby was like, Make sure the Pillsbury.

10:56

The boy walking through on Ghostbusters.

10:59

Through like the city? Well, this was a big stone baby at the end that walked through.

11:02

And like, it was destroying the city because the man bang the rock structure.

11:08

It was, was it, was it a big round rock structure or was it.

11:12

Shaped into a female. And, you know, he, it was, it was a big rock structure and he just found some place to it.

11:19

Oh, yeah, it. It was something and like a sculpture of like a beautiful woman in stone that he banked.

11:25

Nope. Just the big rock. Make sure a rock, whatever you want to call it.

11:30

On the reservation. Yeah.

11:32

It was something. So we watched that.

11:35

I was like, thanks Mike. For. Definitely five stars.

11:39

Everybody should go watch it. It was so good.

11:41

I don't even remember the name. And even if I did, I probably wouldn't tell anybody because I didn't want to.

11:45

I mean, you could tell people so that they don't watch.

11:47

I know I should, but I don't remember if you come across a movie with John Malcovich and Josh Hartnett.

11:53

And it's from like 20, 20, 23, man.

11:57

When it was, it was recent. Don't watch it.

11:59

But just don't do it. I did watch a few hallmark movies.

12:03

Oh, yeah. Some good hallmark movies.

12:05

I always love when I get random hallmark texts.

12:07

Yes. I woke up the other day and I was like, well, I want to live in a hallmark town.

12:11

I do want to live in a hallmark town. Just so cute.

12:14

The best part was that I was watching this one.

12:16

On it yesterday and the game. I think Mike was like, the game started and I'm like, I need to watch the end of this.

12:22

He was like, do you really, like, you don't know what's going to happen.

12:25

I need to see them fall in love. I need to see it happen.

12:29

I mean, one of these days, maybe hallmark will throw a twist in.

12:33

Don't fall. Just be friends or something like that.

12:35

It could have been. So I had to watch it. The person goes back to their original town that they came from.

12:40

I did not. I did have an edit. It ended just like it should have.

12:43

So that made me happy. So, yeah.

12:45

Watched a few hallmark movies. Would you like.

12:49

Start a petition. If somebody ended a hallmark movie in a different way.

12:54

Hi. What would you be mad? I mean, it depends if there was like, if they ended it in anger.

13:00

Maybe I'd be like, what the heck? If they just ended up friends, it would depend on how they set it up.

13:05

If. They set up the whole movie, like. They were going to fall madly in love.

13:08

And then they didn't because the one I was watching.

13:11

Yesterday, it was last minute I was watching it.

13:15

I actually did think they were going to just end as friends.

13:18

Like I was kind of like, oh, like I thought, so there was like two people falling in love and like the backup couple.

13:25

Like just the other couple that they were the ones they fell in love and they weren't the main people of the story.

13:30

So I was like, oh, like maybe that's who was falling in love and not these two.

13:33

So actually I was kind of like, I thought that was actually was going to happen.

13:36

It didn't they ended up. And everybody fell in love.

13:40

So now I, yeah, it might be weird, but.

13:43

Maybe it would be a good change. Really keep people on their toes.

13:47

I don't think it's ever going to happen. Maybe it will end in murder.

13:50

Some of them do. There's hallmark movies and mysteries or.

13:54

And mysteries or whatever. So there's murder and love at the same time.

13:59

Yeah. If you don't watch them, like. I am.

14:02

Watching only murders in the building. So my brain.

14:05

Murder. I want you to watch, you could watch a murder, hallmark movie and I'll add a little love.

14:09

Good. I'm not going to say anything because for those watching it, I don't want to give anything away.

14:18

I have to catch up on it. I started it. It's crazy.

14:21

How many, like big name stars are the different seasons?

14:25

Someday I'll get back to it. We'll say, I don't know.

14:27

I haven't been, this was the most I've watched any kind of TV in a long time.

14:32

At sports other than sports. But then normal days came and football was back in hockey and basketball and I'm watching them off all of the, all of the things.

14:42

So that's what I did. I'm feeling much better back to life today.

14:45

Good. Good. I know. I go back to my. Regularly scheduled program tomorrow.

14:51

I got up this morning and was like, I feel weird not going to work.

14:56

Like I felt like I was doing something wrong, not logging on for work.

15:00

But it made me second. Guess myself. Yes.

15:03

Nope. Every day. One of my tasks at work is change the date to this.

15:07

On this one program, I have to make sure it's the right date.

15:09

Doesn't automatically do it. Let's whatever. So I go in, so I know exactly what day it is the day like.

15:16

If it's a holiday, you. Federal holiday and whatever.

15:19

So I always have data. This. And feel good for good about that.

15:22

There you go. So. So last week we talked about.

15:27

New year's resolution. And.

15:30

We were specifically talking about financial resolutions because that was it's one of the top ones.

15:34

And I know that you hadn't said you were working on your budget and no.

15:39

January. How's it going? It is good. We had so far, we've had two whole days of like where we spent no money.

15:47

But. The other days that we spent money or already budgeted in.

15:52

So even though there was like no money spent.

15:55

So we've been doing very good so far. I think.

15:58

I think that we might make it to the end of January.

16:00

We're doing really good. So we'll say, I dunno what we're halfway through.

16:04

So today's halfway through. So I'm trying, I'm trying to think somebody got us gift cards.

16:08

So like, while also, like, even if we wanted to treat them like, wow, wow.

16:11

Like, I have a gift card to that.

16:14

Nice. And then, yeah, so it's been, it's been going good.

16:18

It's not as easy as you think. No.

16:21

It's almost like, well, I would almost say just don't leave the house, but no, I spend more money.

16:26

Being in the house. Purchase something on Amazon last night.

16:31

I've been like, oh, I have stuff sitting in my Teemu cart.

16:34

Oh, and am I waiting for February 1st?

16:39

Well, I'm really excited because, so I have an Etsy shop.

16:42

Oh, I do the graphics, right. I don't know if we talked about it, but anyway, I made them into 2023.

16:48

And a lot of them have 2023 dates on them.

16:51

And they're editable graphics that people could buy and they can edit and whatever long story short, somebody went in and they bought a whole bunch from me.

16:58

So I decided like spent like 80 some dollars.

17:00

So I've decided that was extra money. And then I can, I can buy my team who stuck with it.

17:05

Cause it wasn't accounted for, or I could be really, really good.

17:08

And just like, put it away. So what I'll say.

17:11

Split the difference. I might do that.

17:14

So I'm excited about that money coming in. Plus I sold something on Poshmark for like 200 bucks.

17:18

So that's coming in. So I'm getting like all these little, and since I'm not spending.

17:23

More of it will get saved and normally would.

17:26

So look at you. I'm so good.

17:29

You are a non-big spender over there.

17:31

Now. I got to keep it going though. I was a little sad.

17:33

I just bought some new black sweat pants. Because my other ones are getting worn.

17:39

And so I have them on today. I watched them and I had them on.

17:43

And I looked down and there's a God damn little hole in the oh.

17:47

No. And I'm pissed. I'd be pissed too.

17:50

So I'm trying to debate if I want to take thread and like, You know how you can sew it all together, but then it makes a little like fall.

17:59

Which is not comfortable. Because then I would play with it cause I'd be like, what's that?

18:03

And then I would forget, and I would like scratch at it and then I would really make the hole bigger.

18:06

Yes. I feel like I'm going to need to buy another pair.

18:09

He might have to, I would probably just buy another pair.

18:12

I know it is my daily wardrobe, so it's not like I'm buying them and they won't get used.

18:17

Well, one of the things in my Teemu cart is another black sweater.

18:19

Cause he kind of see this one is like whatever, and it talks a lot of dog hair.

18:23

Oh, yeah. So I was trying to, I was going to try another one and.

18:27

So that's so some of it's practical stuff, not some random stuff.

18:31

But, yeah, I didn't make any other resolutions except for the financial resolution I noticed spend January so far.

18:36

That's going. Really well.

18:39

Now I just gotta keep it up. I will say this seems to be the first year that I have not seen a ton of people making new year's resolutions.

18:48

We even put a post in our group and everybody was like, Nope, Nope, didn't do it.

18:51

Nope. I haven't. Yeah, you're right. You know what?

18:54

I haven't seen a lot of it. And normally like first of the year, everybody's posting on social media, all the things there.

19:00

Residents. I follow a lot of entrepreneurs and small business entrepreneurs on Facebook.

19:06

And there are the new thing is word of the year.

19:08

So I've seen people move away from resolutions and really focused on something positive that they want to change and like something that will keep them.

19:17

Going, so they have this word. So I've seen more of that happening.

19:23

It's something that I've seen people do for years. I know within our direct sales company that we worked in, it was like a big thing.

19:28

We did traverse people did training on it. But I do feel it.

19:32

Really like. Going across.

19:36

It is. It's not just a people that I know things.

19:40

Yes. Yes, so, but you're right.

19:42

I haven't seen a lot of other, it's getting old. Everybody does the same resolutions.

19:46

It doesn't. They don't work. And then by this time, They've moved on.

19:51

Yeah. That's why it's funny because I mean, I give it to all the companies out there, but everything is on sale.

19:56

The first of the year, all the gym memberships, all the weight loss stuff.

20:00

And they make a lot of money. They it's probably when they make the most money of the year.

20:04

And then I was like, oh, And they probably do, although.

20:08

My husband has a gym membership and he keeps telling me he's going to go.

20:11

But this was before this was Premier's.

20:14

Right. Since like September.

20:16

Because you had, oh, you had it. And then got rid of it.

20:19

Yeah. And then we went. Yeah, he wanted to go back.

20:23

So we got it for them. And I don't know that he's seen the inside of the gym.

20:27

Does he know that that's part of spending in January, so he better?

20:30

Yes. I know. You hear me, Mike?

20:33

Yeah. I'm like for the use that I'm spending money, that I want to spend that cause.

20:37

'cause the other thing we did was we bought a budget book.

20:40

Oh, right. And we have a budget. We created a budget on like an Excel spreadsheet so that we could track our spending.

20:47

And I went through and I got rid of everything that you could, like instead of having like 10 different.

20:53

Channels to watch stuff on. Now we just have like prime and YouTube TV.

20:57

Right. So we got rid of everything else. So I went through and like that, everything, that was one thing then I was like, are you sure you want to keep this?

21:03

Cause we can get rid of it. We still have it.

21:06

I did buy my budget book. I actually had planned on.

21:12

Working on it this weekend, but I had, like, I had a project for work that had to get done.

21:17

So there was no. Do that later and focus on that.

21:21

So my goal is there's people coming in for work this week.

21:24

So the next couple of days will be a little crazy, but like Thursday night going into the weekend, my hope is that's where I'm.

21:30

I want to have like a really productive day of not for.

21:34

That sounds like a good plan. I feel like.

21:37

I feel like I got us. I feel like what we should do is you can bring out your budget book on Saturday.

21:43

You can work on that. I can work on something else we can do at the same time a week.

21:46

Record podcasts. And then we could like watch TV or do something.

21:53

Well, and play Schitt's Creek trivia. So doesn't that sound like a good idea.

21:58

I think that sounds like a good Saturday. Heard a bit. Because I might be going to a flyers game on Saturday.

22:02

Okay. Well then, you know, Sunday, whichever we'll.

22:05

We'll do it. We'll do it. I love this idea.

22:08

So one o'clock game. So I'll be calling. Time to do more things.

22:10

Okay. So, whatever you let me know. So, I mean, that's why one outing.

22:15

I'll let you go out here. Oh, you go out. You need to go to, you need to go out.

22:18

So yes, go, go, go. It's a real exciting up in here.

22:21

But yeah. Back to the resolutions so one of the parts of the budget was I've been looking at different apps.

22:27

Like I was looking up nerd wallet, stuff like that.

22:30

But. A lot of them. Don't really do.

22:32

Like that's more, I think. Like investing stuff.

22:36

I'm like, well, okay. No, we're not there yet. But I keep seeing it on TV and I did finally download rocket money.

22:44

Okay. So I haven't linked it to my bank yet because when I first signed up my bank, wasn't part of it.

22:50

Like I had to enter it. And then I guess they have to like, get some sort of approval from the bank.

22:54

So it is ready, but I didn't want to do it until I was ready to actually sit down and focus on the app.

23:00

So I think one of the things that they really.

23:04

Pride themselves on, I couldn't figure the word is helping you see like different subscriptions.

23:08

Oh, okay. So, you know, I think.

23:11

I have a handle. On the things, but.

23:15

There are random Amazon charges that come up.

23:18

I don't know what they're for. Sometimes it's just my prime membership, but I don't know.

23:22

What that one is because I don't know what my monthly cost is for my Amazon prime.

23:28

It's a good thing to know. Yeah. You're gonna have to look that up for your budget and I should probably track.

23:32

So the other thing too is then I need to track the.

23:36

Orders that I make, because I didn't realize they don't charge you until they ship.

23:42

Okay. And then if you make one big order, It charges you in increments if like two things.

23:48

Oh, You could just take it out of my account.

23:53

'cause I forget. I mean, it could be like four days later and I'm like, what is this charge?

23:57

And then I'm like, oh, it's the one piece to that.

24:00

It's really, really, it's hard to, it makes it hard to track it because I'm like, wait, what is this charge?

24:05

And then I can't figure it out until I go back.

24:08

You start budgeting and then you'll know because you'll already have budgeted the money.

24:11

And so you won't even need to really know. Yeah.

24:14

But I use, I look at it to track like, Wait, you know, to make sure someone's.

24:19

Because I have all sorts of credit card fun-ness going on.

24:23

But like, the problem is I'm like, oh yeah, I spent$50 at Amazon and I look, and I'm like, there's a charge for$14 from Amazon.

24:30

What's this. And then I think it's a different charge.

24:33

But it's actually part one of the$50 charge.

24:38

I just want us to make a difficult. I don't know.

24:40

I never pay attention to that. I know I'll at least.

24:43

Since I've been budgeting for awhile. Is this all goes in and I don't look at it again.

24:48

So I'll have to worry. Again, it's more just to make sure that something's getting charged to my card.

24:53

Because I love when the random subscriptions come through that I forget about, and I'm like, oh shit.

25:00

I thought I canceled that one. And then. All the time.

25:03

Happens to me all the time and be like, aye. I'll be like, Mike, I canceled everything.

25:06

Like there's nothing that should be left and then something will come through and I'll be like, what?

25:09

As a matter of fact, I had a subscription to a pet.

25:14

Subscription box. And then I needed to cancel it.

25:18

And so I canceled it and then today I got charged for it and I was like, And I canceled it.

25:23

I. I didn't cancel it. It was an accident. Like, they're going to take it off.

25:28

But I was like, I did, I was like, I knew I canceled it.

25:30

So it's still the mystery of the FUBU.

25:33

But you've sport you canceled. It just popped up months later on.

25:37

And it was literally like six months later. So anyway, I feel like that happens to me all the time, but I think I have it all.

25:41

Cause we went through everything. So hopefully I'm not missing anything.

25:45

But if I, but if I am, if I do miss something being.

25:49

Legit like budgeting and everything. There will be money there just in case something.

25:53

You know, cause we're starting to save. So I am going to go through and like really look at.

26:01

What I, you know, when I go to target. What I need to do is actually keep my receipts and look at my itemized lists so that I see like, okay, this time, it was more because I bought toilet paper into.

26:13

Paper towels and cleaning supplies. So you take supplies.

26:15

Like I clean. All those cleaning supplies.

26:19

The larger detergent. I do do that. Good job.

26:23

You do do. We can have such a cool sound from do, do with my soundboard.

26:29

Yeah. Definitely. I bet that didn't come through.

26:36

It'd be like. We can make our own good sounds.

26:43

So yeah. So that's good. I'm proud of you, Tracy.

26:46

You need to. I mean, I haven't done anything yet, but I'm going to.

26:49

I'm working on it. With our plan, whether it's before or after said hockey game or whatever, you have time to work on your budget.

26:57

Then we'll play trivia and I can, I can do what.

27:01

I was going to do Saturday afternoon, maybe Friday evening, before I go into my bingeing.

27:07

I like it. Binge? Watch shows terribly.

27:11

Like once I started. I can't take a break.

27:15

I need to know what is going to happen.

27:17

It's it's a sickness when. It is a problem. Yeah.

27:21

And then once I'm done, I can go like a week without SU two weeks, but it's been a while since I actually watched a series of something.

27:28

But once I get in advance. Fucking hell bent until it is done.

27:33

Some dedication. Yeah. And here's may I.

27:36

Don't even like to watch TV at all. Like putting something as painful, like as long as I don't have to pay attention to it.

27:41

Well, this one I decided I was going to binge because I was just about to cancel Hulu.

27:46

And then somebody turned me on to the show and I was like, oh, I have, there's nothing that I want to watch right now.

27:52

So I was like, okay, I'll check it out. Well, don't, you know, They're dropping a new season on like the 20th, which I was like, oh great.

28:00

I'm going to be ready for it. I'll binge it. When they drop it, it's going to be Hulu.

28:04

You know, they're going to do week to week. And I'm going to end up at least with one more month.

28:11

Thanks a lot. McKayla. Good job McKayla.

28:13

Way to go. Meanwhile, she got me all into it and I was like, I'm halfway through season two.

28:18

She's like, wow. You're way ahead of me. Not everybody binges.

28:22

Like you. The way she was talking about it.

28:24

I really like, I was actually trying to catch up with her because she was supposed to come here this week.

28:29

So I was like, oh, I'm going to be ready. We can talk about it.

28:31

And now I'm way ahead of her. I'll give anything away.

28:34

Catch up. McKayla catch-up. Shit together.

28:38

Right. So we have a plan. We are going to get budgeting.

28:42

I'm going to get budgeting. You are going to continue budget.

28:44

Yes. New year's resolutions sticking.

28:47

Like that we're going to make it, we're going to make it happen. And make it happen for you.

28:50

We can do this right. So, yeah.

28:53

That's a big plan. So next week we will update you on my big budgeting success.

28:59

I mean, that sounds like a good idea. Nicole keep me on my toes.

29:02

Oh. I will. Got to make sure she got the money.

29:05

So she can be my sugar mama someday. It's supposed to be the other way around.

29:09

I'm working on that together. Okay. mean when he need a bigger box.

29:13

need a smaller box. That's true.

29:16

We need to, we need those little tiny houses next to each other.

29:19

I agree. Men. I like it. Okay.

29:21

Alright. So question of the week.

29:25

What can we ask our listeners? I think I would like to hear from the listeners.

29:29

I think I'd love to hear what they want to. What would they like to hear from us?

29:32

Talk about on our podcast. So let's some topics.

29:35

What should we bring up? What are, what are they like? They like, what can we talk about?

29:38

I like that because honestly, we had a whole plan for the rest of the month to talk about different new year's resolutions.

29:43

But no, one's resolute. No. So why talk about it?

29:47

There's. No one's out there doing it. That's right. So I would love to hear.

29:50

You know what you want. What do you want to hear? How do you want to hear for the rest of the month?

29:53

Cause we have good stuff planned out for February.

29:56

So yes. We'll get back on track here for January.
