Nada is a women of multiple hats that believes in diversity and continuous growth. She is the founder of Rise Up For You as well as NLNproductions while maintaining the role of Producer for a non-profit organization called the Young Americans.
Amongst many cool things she is a singer, a performance coach, an educator, a leadership coach, a podcaster, and more.With over 16 years of teaching and mentoring, Nada has been honored to work with over 75,000 young women, adults, and youth worldwide. Through various forms of communication and language she has had the pleasure of uplifting and finding the true potential in individuals helping them maximize their strengths, talent, and inner confidence.Her clientele ranges from youth in incarceration centers, high school youth, successful educators and leaders, and day to day women who are searching for their niche and maximization in their life
Nada began her career as a performer with The Young Americans, singing and dancing. The Young Americans is a non-profit organization and performing group based in Southern California focused on using music to build self-confidence, teamwork and understanding in students and audiences around the world. After discovering that she had a gift for helping others realize the potential in themselves, Nada transferred into director/educator role with the organization. She went on to become a top executive with educational corporation while still maintaining her director role with The Young Americans. She has since resigned from her executive role and now coach’s women to be confident and empowered with her business and podcast Rise Up For You.
What is Rise Up For You? A company based around 6 elements- relationships, investing, self-worth, entrepreneurship, love and health. Nada teaches these six elements to clients and encourages them to empower themselves and reach their full potential in all areas. What she calls your perfect 10.

Get Over Self Doubt! How?
Re-engineer your thought patterns – Ask yourself where are these thoughts coming from is? Why are you doubting yourself? When you go onstage for example- why do you doubt yourself? Have others told you that you don’t speak well? Did you have a stutter? Ask yourself where the self-doubt comes from. Understanding the origins and how skewed the view really is will help you to overcome it.
Boost Your Self- Confidence on a Daily Basis
If you’re not feeling great about yourself, do things that make you feel great! Boost your confidence in this way.
Figure out what you’re great at so you do it more often and gain confidence from your positive performance
Stop the Negative Self-Talk With These 5 Steps
Don’t let negative thoughts sabotage you. Letting them drag you down for days at a time is what holds you back
1st- Stop and reflect (What am I good at? What am I doing well?)
2nd Say these things out loud
3rd Say them to yourself in front of the mirror
4th write them down if possible
5th For every doubt- counter it with 3 positive things about yourself
Nada’s Morning Routine
First, she is ok with not always being so rigid with morning routine but this is what she normally does:
5 minute journal- She writes down 3 affirmations, 3 goals for the day, what makes me happy
Coffee.
Meditates - Uses App Relax Melodies-
Gym after 30-60 minutes
