 COVID-19で家にいる状態が続き、TV,インターネットやYouTubeで目と心が疲れてしまう日々。

目を休ませ、想像力を育む物語、リラクゼーションミュージック、そして深呼吸で健やかな睡眠がとれる状態へと導きます。

お子様と睡眠前に是非お聞きください。

想像の翼を広げ、新しい世界へ冒険にいきましょう。

★使用方法★

眠る準備を整え、部屋を暗くして、お子様とお聞きください。

＊お話は前半の約5分から10分、それ以降は音楽のみの構成となっています。
