Casey Parker, a legend in the Philadelphia Restaurant / Bar scene, joins the Pa Soup team this week. After opening Jose Pistola's in 2007, Casey and his team have since opened two additional "Pistola's" restaurants and a new Brewery, Trouble's End Brewing. As a prominent player helping to cultivate Philly's Craft Beer notoriety, Casey brings a unique perspective to all that is 2020.
