Pajama Party was the weirdest live show in Los Angeles - a live comedy/variety/talk show in LA that was held in the ornate, historic lobby of the Gaylord Building in Koreatown for two years (it's back now, bitches!) and also at the Improv Lab and Westside Comedy theaters. Mixing rising star comics with established TV and club headliner stars, the show was known as a unique, unpredictable, offbeat and fun place where they ran their material for an often random, diverse lobby audience and then were interviewed by two guys wearing pajamas. Musicians dropped by and played. Cake was left on a table for all eat. It was weirdly magical.PJP Podcast takes that spirit and blows it into the stratosphere. Koz now has two hot female comics (hot careerwise and in the looks department!) and they have a live keyboardist too, their very own Paul Shaffer (though even better!) Andrew Monheim of The Letters Home with guest drummers often sitting in! With star comic guests and great LA bands in the mix, plus ace sound tech Rachel Oto mixing in wacky '50s era lounge music and the whole gang breaking into a live singalong to classic rock and R&B tunes each week, this is one party you don't want to miss!
