The history of paper is one that is now more concretely understood and agreed upon by most historians. While there is also more to discover, this is what we know as of right now.

The information on what types of paper there are and how to make it are vast and I decided not to list any one source as I looked all over the place. I recommend looking it up and exploring the (seemingly) endless possibilities!

Finally, it is HARD to find information about Paper-singers using the internet and readily available western resources. What I know comes from stories told to me by a professor, but the snippet linked below at least confirms the information that was told to me.
