0:08
. It's been a while since we've
0:11
connected . To say that life is
0:13
new and better and different
0:15
for me would be an understatement
0:17
. In fact , no one is more surprised
0:20
than I am on where life
0:22
is at and where I've landed . If you've been listening
0:24
to this podcast for a while , you know
0:26
that I am a student
0:29
of life . I like to throw spaghetti
0:31
at the walls and see what sticks
0:33
. I like to try new things and
0:35
really push myself out of my comfort zone
0:37
on a regular basis , which at
0:39
times might send me down some
0:41
really unique rabbit holes . On
0:43
today's episode , I'm going to share with you where
0:45
I've been , what I've been up to , and
0:48
we are going to get deep together
0:50
. Listen in , hey dad , bring
0:52
us in .

1:04
will serve up topics that weigh on our hearts and

keep us up at night , whether it's navigating parenthood
1:09
and becoming an adult , or wayfinding , personal
1:11
development , marriage and money . You , my
1:13
friend , are in the right place . If
1:15
you're wanting a lot more in life to feel better
1:18

1:20
in the life and to bring more abundance
1:22
and prosperity in your life , then this podcast
1:25
is for you . Here we'll offer the opportunity
1:27
to shift your paradigms by growing your mind
1:29
, and when you do that , anything you want becomes
1:31
possible for you . I'm glad you're here .
1:34
All right , as promised , welcome back to
1:36
the Paradigm you podcast . I am so
1:38
excited to share with you what has
1:40
been up and what is going on in my world
1:42
. You see , after quite a bit
1:44
of time of coasting through my comfort
1:46
zone and throwing spaghetti at a whole bunch
1:48
of walls , I found myself
1:51
in a really unique spot . I
1:53
don't know about you , but if you've ever found
1:55
yourself like in a new season of life and
1:58
you barely recognize yourself , you could relate . I
2:01
found myself asking what's next
2:04
, what's now and what
2:06
should I be doing . The questions
2:08
led me down quite a few rabbit holes and
2:11
if you know a little bit about the journey , though , that I've
2:13
been on the last few years , if you've been
2:15
listening for a while , you know that
2:17
I really like to get deep . I
2:20
like to dive into the spiritual side of things
2:22
and explore the transformational work that
2:25
will allow me to go to the
2:27
next level of my life . As
2:29
you know , I am a personal growth
2:32
nerd . I like to geek out on all of this
2:34
and I love this work
2:36
anyways , but the last
2:38
few months in fact , most of
2:40
this year has been unlike anything
2:43
I had experienced before and
2:45
, as part of the work , naturally
2:47
it led me to internalize , to internally
2:49
retreat a little bit so that I could recalibrate
2:51
the cool part . Well , I'm
2:54
back . I am ready to
2:56
share with you all of the crazy that
2:58
has happened , all of the internal work
3:00
that I have done and what I've learned
3:02
. Why would I share all of this
3:05
and be crazy vulnerable ? Well , if
3:07
you've been listening , you know all about that
3:09
and you know the answer to that why . It
3:11
is so that I can pave the way
3:14
and encourage anyone who
3:16
is needing to also go on a journey like
3:18
this . So where have I been ? Well
3:21
, if you recall , at the beginning of 2023
3:24
, I was hitting my stride pretty
3:27
intensely . I had just
3:29
co-authored a book and had been invited
3:31
to participate in an amazing experience
3:34
that allowed me and eventually
3:36
led me , to be embracing
3:39
this really unique title of bestselling
3:41
author . That's a little strange
3:43
to say still and I'm how ? Many months
3:45
into it , but I am officially
3:48
a bestselling author . I
3:50
was presenting workshops on the reg
3:52
, you guys . It was so exciting , and I was doing
3:54
so many strategy sessions and helping
3:56
so many people step into
3:59
who they were meant to be , to figure
4:01
out what they wanted in life and
4:03
to helping them , you know , map out
4:05
the plan of what that was . My
4:08
coaching client list had
4:10
hit a wait list , which was a
4:12
good and bad thing . I mean , as anybody in any
4:14
kind of business knows , you're going to have
4:16
growth and you're going to get into
4:18
those like bumping spots where
4:20
you're hitting resistance . I don't love
4:23
having a wait list . I love helping
4:25
people , but I don't love it when I have
4:27
to turn people away or ask them to wait . It's
4:30
flattering in one hand , but at the other hand
4:32
, the part that probably drives
4:34
the bus in my world . I just I
4:37
want to help as many people as I can , but
4:39
I also have been a student of
4:41
learning how to guard my capacity
4:43
On top of all of those
4:45
cool things that were happening . As
4:47
many of you know , I'm a real estate
4:49
investor and I own a quite
4:51
a substantial portfolio of properties
4:54
that needed attention . I had
4:56
some really cool opportunities that were coming
4:58
to the forefront , including
5:01
opportunities to help so many
5:03
people who wanted to get into real estate investing
5:05
and , in fact , we partnered with
5:08
someone on one
5:10
of their first investment properties and
5:12
, you guys , it was so exciting to
5:14
watch them experience some
5:16
amazing wealth building just by
5:18
the tools that we could provide for them . It
5:21
was really fun , and now we're
5:23
managing that property through our management
5:25
company , and the onboarding process
5:27
of that investment property was
5:29
such an eye-opener . It was
5:31
not the largest property that we
5:34
own and manage , however . We've
5:36
not partnered with somebody in this way
5:38
and shape before , so I wanted to make sure that
5:40
I built it out really thoughtfully
5:42
, being really respectful and making sure
5:45
that we cross all the T's and
5:47
dotted all the I's On top of
5:49
all of that . On the flip side
5:51
, with regards to Paradigm U , I
5:53
became a certified hypnotherapist
5:55
, and not only did I get
5:57
that certification and obtain
6:00
so much knowledge about how
6:02
we can reprogram our minds
6:04
, just through different tools
6:06
and modalities . I had
6:09
this really cool opportunity . You guys , I
6:11
don't want to toot my own horn , but I'm just gonna pause
6:13
for just a minute and say this was super
6:15
cool . Not only did I
6:17
receive that certification in that education
6:20
, but I also was able to help coordinate
6:22
a program that educated
6:24
so many others on that
6:27
same topic . Okay
6:29
, so that was a lot right , like that was all
6:31
happening in quarter one of this year
6:33
. But personally , I
6:35
was receiving a lot of recognition and
6:37
, equally , realizing that
6:39
receiving compliments
6:41
and recognition was a little tricky for me , I
6:45
had to really start believing it
6:47
instead of just receiving it , and so I had to
6:49
do some of the personal work and the
6:51
deeper transformational work to
6:53
recognize that you know what it's okay
6:56
to receive recognition and it's okay
6:58
to be doing some really cool things , especially
7:01
the things that were lighting me up . But
7:03
equally , I was bumping into capacity
7:05
and , as you know , that is an area
7:07
that I wrestle with . I tend
7:09
to add so much to my plate
7:12
and then all of a sudden realize , whoa
7:14
, hold on , I've added so much
7:16
and so many cool things that I've hit
7:18
my capacity level . So not
7:21
only did I hit my capacity level and have
7:23
to do some personal , deep work , I
7:26
also was bumping into a
7:28
little bit of the family stuff . So
7:31
we were coming into summer and
7:33
I don't know about you , but in my area so I live in the
7:35
Midwest and
7:38
for us , if you have young children
7:40
, you need to start thinking about what you want
7:42
to do with your kids pretty much January
7:44
, february and March To
7:47
think about and plan for what you're going
7:49
to do in the summer . So I had to start thinking
7:51
through and signing my kids up for camps
7:53
and schedules and , you know , mapping
7:56
out what out of routine would look like for us , while
7:59
also making sure that I was guarding my values
8:02
and choosing to do things
8:04
and live a life that was in line with
8:06
the life that I was working to create . Okay
8:10
, so that's a lot . If you are a
8:12
parent who knows about mapping out and signing
8:14
your kid up for summer camps , let's just take like a big
8:16
breather just for that one right Now
8:20
. On top of that , my body started not feeling
8:22
so great and I started exploring
8:24
what was actually happening with my body at a hormonal level . That's
8:29
interesting and that is for another
8:31
episode because I have learned a
8:33
whole lot about the effects
8:36
and how your body can feel
8:38
as you're going through different
8:40
seasons of life , and I am in my early
8:42
40s and navigating a whole
8:44
new adventure of hormones and
8:46
what that actually does to our
8:48
bodies and our minds and how we need to take care of ourselves . And
8:53
lastly , we got a puppy . You
8:55
may have seen the pictures I posted online
8:57
back this spring and you
9:00
know we knew what we were signing up
9:02
for , but , holy cow , has it been
9:04
a lot of work . It's been so
9:06
many years since I had a puppy and it does
9:09
feel very much like having
9:11
a baby at home , like you have to puppy
9:13
proof your home and they're doing damage
9:15
to things and you're cleaning up all
9:17
of their stuff . So all of this , to say that you're going
9:19
to be able to do things . I'm not going to say that there was a lot of awesomeness
9:22
happening in my life , but I also
9:24
needed to pause for a minute , just
9:26
like I need to do right now . I
9:30
needed to recalibrate to make sure
9:32
that I could manage all of
9:34
the things that I was adding to my plate in
9:36
a thoughtful way , because that is
9:38
the work that I've been doing lately . I
9:46
wanted to make sure that I could work through
9:48
this season and I could grow
9:51
really thoughtfully , which means
9:53
I had to turn in for a little bit . I
9:56
had to retreat , and one
9:58
of the parts that was probably the hardest was
10:00
I had to stop recording podcasts , not
10:04
because I don't love it , but because
10:06
it was not in line with what
10:09
I needed to focus on . I
10:11
needed to reevaluate where I was
10:13
going and why . I
10:15
needed to realize that I
10:17
had been going really hard , but
10:20
the goal that I had had become
10:22
unclear , because I had hit all of these
10:25
goals that I was working towards . It's
10:27
so interesting when you start to
10:29
make a plan and you start to have vision
10:31
and you start to do all of the
10:33
deep work to really understand
10:35
what might be holding you back , and you eliminate
10:37
all of those roadblocks , you start
10:40
going fast , you guys , and I was
10:42
going really fast and I was checking off all
10:44
of the things that I wanted to accomplish , which
10:46
was amazing . You guys , I
10:49
still can't believe and it still
10:52
catches me off guard to say that I
10:54
am considered a bestselling author
10:56
. It's still wild
10:58
to me and I have to almost
11:00
pause for a moment and really think
11:03
is this true when somebody will introduce
11:05
me as a certified hypnotherapist
11:07
? That it's just
11:09
wild to me . I never would have guessed that
11:11
those are things and accomplishments
11:13
that would be on my resume
11:15
. And here we are . I
11:17
set the goal , I worked through the
11:20
process and I've achieved them
11:22
. But what happened was , as
11:25
my real estate investing grew , as our
11:27
masterminds that I led grew , as
11:29
all of the coaching clients that
11:31
I was working with started to see all
11:34
of this amazing success , I
11:36
needed to recalibrate . I needed
11:38
to take a pause , set
11:41
my sights on what I was working
11:43
towards and why , and then
11:45
I had to rewrite the entire
11:47
plan . I had to remap out
11:49
a plan of where I was going and how I
11:51
was going to get there , and I had to start
11:53
immediately . So I
11:56
went back to learning mode . It's
11:58
been a while since I was in learning mode . I feel
12:00
like I had moved into this almost
12:02
expert mode on so many different topics
12:05
, but that wasn't serving me anymore
12:07
. I wasn't being a student and I wasn't continuing
12:09
to grow in the areas that I needed to grow
12:11
because I was so busy
12:13
helping others . So I had to pause
12:16
for a little bit and I had to
12:18
really recalibrate where
12:20
I was going and what I was doing , making
12:22
sure that I was in line with my values . So
12:24
you might be thinking like , holy cow
12:27
, okay , you did all of this , but then
12:29
how did you get through all of that ? And
12:31
how have I landed here A
12:33
couple months later , armed and
12:35
ready to be back ?
12:37
Hey , thanks for listening . All
12:40
you parents , moms
12:42
, dads and even kids
12:44
. You're all doing
12:46
a great job . And now back to
12:48
the show .
12:49
There's some power in being vulnerable , and
12:51
I started being vulnerable again . I started recognizing
12:54
that there were so many things that I did not
12:56
know and there was
12:58
a lot of foundational
13:00
work that still needed to be done . I
13:03
needed to build a really firm foundation
13:05
because I had been growing all
13:07
of our businesses and myself and
13:10
my families in so many ways that
13:12
we were really living a completely different
13:15
life that I barely even recognized . It
13:18
was incredible and equally
13:20
it was a lot . Just
13:23
onboarding a property that is
13:25
a commercial like a shopping center , with all of
13:27
these new tenants and all of these new
13:29
vendors , that alone felt
13:31
like a lot . You know what's crazy
13:33
? We actually closed on that shopping
13:35
center the same day . We got a little
13:38
yellow lab puppy . That's
13:40
a lot too . I'm not sure which
13:42
ones more work , but they're both incredible
13:45
. But because I was
13:47
hitting all of these amazing goals , I
13:49
also was kind of bumping up into
13:51
the resistance again , and you've probably
13:54
heard me talk about resistance . But I think one
13:56
of the things that was most interesting was I
13:58
think I was hitting some upper limits and
14:00
on the last episode you probably heard me talk
14:02
about upper limits in some ways and
14:05
I hope that you were able to
14:07
really reflect on your own life and ask
14:09
yourself where have I hit upper limits
14:11
and how can I work through those ? Well
14:14
, I had hit some upper limits because I
14:17
was achieving these amazing
14:19
achievements and I was doing these really cool
14:21
things . But then I think
14:23
I really did start to self-sabotage
14:25
in some ways because I hadn't done
14:27
some more of the work . But I didn't
14:29
know that work until I got there . So
14:31
here's the kicker you
14:34
won't know what the new challenge
14:36
is until you get to the top
14:38
of that mountain and you realize what's
14:40
beyond it . That's what had happened
14:42
for me . So when I started
14:45
to realize that I was bumping
14:47
up against resistance , when I started to realize
14:49
that I needed to recalibrate , I went
14:51
back to what I knew . I
14:53
went back to learning and growing , asking
14:56
people for advice and insight
14:58
, doing a lot of
15:00
informational interviewing and really connecting
15:03
myself and surrounding myself with people that
15:05
could help me grow . But also here's
15:08
the kicker Well , there's a couple of things that
15:10
I think were the most valuable One
15:13
. I had to go back to my entire
15:15
plan and my entire day and
15:17
how I was using my time and
15:19
recalibrate and say , okay , is this
15:21
a good use of my time . Is this in line with where
15:24
I wanna go next ? So I had to take
15:26
quite a few things off of my plate because
15:28
so many additional things had been added . I
15:30
also had to ask myself , for example , am
15:33
I willing to continue to add coaching
15:35
clients , or do I need to maybe
15:37
recalibrate how I am
15:39
coaching people and how am I being
15:42
of service to these clients ? So
15:44
I had to recalibrate and really change
15:46
that plan . I needed to increase
15:48
my prices , because that was
15:51
a big piece of it too , which I
15:53
think also really kinda messed with my mind
15:55
. If we're being honest with each other . I
15:57
had to really ask myself okay , do I
15:59
value myself enough so
16:02
that I can charge the prices that I need to charge
16:04
, so that I can continue to do the work
16:06
that I'm doing and make sure that I am
16:08
being of service and pouring value
16:11
into other people ? These
16:13
are really interesting grownup
16:15
conversations to ask yourself and
16:18
to be in conversation with , and
16:20
so , as I was navigating a lot
16:22
of this , I realized that I needed to lean
16:25
on others who are working through their
16:27
own pieces of their puzzle . I
16:30
went back to what I knew and I
16:33
went back to my secret weapon , which
16:35
was rewiring my brain for what
16:37
I wanted . I started listening
16:39
to hypnosis on
16:41
focus , organization
16:43
and self-belief . Yeah
16:46
, you wouldn't guess it , I feel like I get people
16:48
saying all the time they're like whoa , you struggle
16:51
with confidence . Yeah , when
16:53
you start hitting some of these upper limits , you're like
16:55
holy cow , how did I do this ? Yeah
16:58
, well , for me it's definitely
17:00
a hypnosis on self-belief
17:03
that really helps me . But lately
17:05
it's been on focus . I needed to
17:08
make sure that some of my other businesses were
17:10
organized . I needed to make sure
17:12
that everything , in a foundational
17:15
way , was well-equipped
17:17
to handle the growth . But
17:19
I'm not talking about one or two steps ahead
17:22
. I started realizing I need to look
17:24
six to 10 steps ahead of
17:26
where I'm at right now , because what
17:28
I had been doing , and what you've probably heard me
17:30
advocate for , is , if you wanna
17:33
go somewhere , if you wanna achieve something
17:35
, you need to start being that person . Well
17:38
, I was being that person . But
17:40
that person that I was being did not
17:42
anticipate the challenges that
17:44
came when , all of a sudden , you
17:47
own a
17:49
multi-multi-million-dollar investment
17:51
portfolio . That's kinda crazy to
17:53
say out loud . You don't
17:55
know what kind of challenges are gonna come when
17:57
, all of a sudden , now you're a best-selling author
18:00
and you have clients just
18:02
waiting to get on your list so that you can
18:04
meet with them and do coaching sessions . Those
18:07
are cool things to bump into , but that
18:09
means that you need to recalibrate and continue
18:11
to grow . And for me , I crave
18:14
foundation , I crave organization
18:16
, I crave focus and
18:19
clarity , so much so
18:21
that not only did I start using my hypnosis
18:24
and leaning on that resource
18:26
again , I started tapping
18:28
into the people that were
18:30
going to help guide me to the next level
18:32
. I started collaborating a
18:34
little bit more than I usually were
18:37
or , excuse me , was were collaborating
18:39
more than I had been , I should say , and
18:42
partnering on a couple ways
18:44
. And now I feel so much more
18:46
aligned . I feel more aligned now
18:48
than I probably ever have . I
18:50
feel like I know exactly where
18:53
I'm going , I feel like I'm
18:55
in integrity with myself and
18:57
I am disciplined and motivated
18:59
, focused and energized
19:01
to do what I know I need to do
19:03
. It wasn't easy
19:06
. In fact
19:08
, one of the biggest pieces during
19:10
this whole journey , the last few months
19:12
while I was recalibrating , was
19:15
this feeling like I was missing
19:17
the podcast , I was missing all of you and
19:20
I was missing the opportunity to share
19:22
my journey , because I
19:24
really believe as I'm sharing my
19:26
journey . It's inspiring
19:29
you to reflect on your journey
19:31
. It's inspiring you to
19:34
start asking yourself some of those hard
19:36
questions like what path do I
19:38
move forward on ? Please give
19:40
me clarity on where I'm headed . Help
19:43
me to remove the fear or any
19:45
of those low vibrations that might be holding
19:47
me back . There
19:50
are so many topics that I feel
19:52
like I've explored and I've discussed
19:55
on this podcast that I've heard back
19:57
from listeners and you guys are just so
19:59
gracious with your compliments . But
20:01
equally , I am so inspired
20:04
to hear the work that you're doing
20:06
, to know that you
20:08
are leaning into your unique gifts
20:11
so that you can make an impact
20:13
and create expansion on this planet . That's
20:16
pretty cool for me and it is such
20:18
a compliment and an honor
20:20
when I get to hear that . So you
20:22
can imagine how hard it was for me to
20:24
not be doing a podcast for how many months
20:26
, knowing that I
20:29
could get back to it and I would get back to
20:31
it . But for the meantime , I needed
20:33
to focus and put my head down and
20:35
really make sure that I built out a
20:37
strong foundation so that we
20:39
could grow and take our lives
20:42
and our business to the next level . Well
20:44
, I'm happy to say I've
20:47
done the hard work . For the last few
20:49
months I've had my head down . I've
20:51
been focusing on the plan , creating
20:54
the plan , working the plan , and
20:56
now I'm watching the plan unfold
20:58
and the exciting part that
21:01
means that I now have the capacity
21:03
and the space to record this podcast
21:05
for you . I get to talk with you
21:07
and reconnect with all of you , and
21:10
I'm so excited to share where
21:12
it's going . Now , I'm not
21:14
going to share all of that today because then , as
21:17
you know , I will get long winded and I
21:19
will just go on and on about how excited
21:22
I am about where we're going and what
21:24
the plan and the map are unfolding
21:27
. But in the meantime , here's
21:29
what I want to do . I want to encourage
21:32
you . I want to invite
21:34
you to ask yourself are
21:36
you hitting any of those upper limits that I talked
21:39
about in the last episode
21:41
? And if you are hitting those
21:43
limits , what is causing
21:45
you to hit those limits and what needs to
21:47
take place so that you can
21:49
move forward ? For me , I was
21:51
hitting those upper limits and I needed to get back
21:54
to some foundational work . I
21:56
needed to go back to the things that
21:58
were lighting me up and fulfilling me
22:00
on a personal level . I needed to
22:02
recalibrate and reorganize and
22:04
, in fact , I needed to hire a director of operations
22:07
, which I'm so excited about . You guys , I
22:09
don't think she listens to this podcast Well
22:11
, I guess I've not asked , so maybe I should
22:13
but between
22:15
you and I , I totally manifested this
22:17
person . I have been working
22:20
on envisioning having this
22:22
person step into our businesses for
22:25
quite a few months . I
22:27
used all the power of visualization
22:30
and channeling my energy
22:32
and feeling the vibration that
22:35
came with achieving this goal
22:37
. And , you guys , I'm
22:39
living it now . For the last
22:41
month and a half-ish , I
22:43
have been in deep training mode
22:45
, bringing on a director of operations for
22:47
our team to oversee our
22:49
team , to oversee a lot of
22:52
the day-to-day stuff that happens
22:54
, so that I can lean
22:56
into my purpose , so
22:58
that I can lean into my incredible gifts
23:01
and empower her
23:03
to lean into her incredible gifts and
23:05
empower her to also equally
23:07
empower the rest of our team , so
23:09
that we can all be of service
23:12
for you , so that we can be of
23:14
service to all of the investors that collaborate
23:16
with us , so that we can be of
23:19
service for all of our tenants and
23:21
any of our properties , so that we
23:23
can be of service for our coaching
23:25
clients as well as
23:27
our partners . There are so
23:30
many people that we are connected to
23:32
, and it is such an honor and it's important
23:34
to me to make sure that I am an integrity
23:36
and our entire business is an integrity
23:38
that we are showing up fully
23:40
, and this is important
23:43
. You guys , having fun Work
23:46
can be work , and sometimes you gotta put
23:48
your head down and get stuff done . I get that
23:51
, but at the end of the day , it needs
23:53
to really raise your vibration
23:55
, it needs to be fun , it needs to
23:57
allow you to lean into your unique gifts
23:59
, and if it's not , then maybe
24:01
you need to recalibrate , just like
24:03
I did . I'll be honest
24:05
one of the things that guides me is
24:08
that I believe an incredible
24:10
life is available for all
24:12
of us , and I also
24:14
believe that it is my ethical obligation
24:17
to lean into my unique gifts
24:19
so that I can support others
24:21
. Here's
24:24
the interesting thing we all have
24:26
this available for us . You have this available
24:29
to you . You , my
24:31
friend , are here on purpose . You
24:33
are here to do some incredible things
24:36
. I really believe that to my core
24:38
, and if there are things that
24:40
are holding you back from stepping into
24:42
who you are meant to be . I
24:45
want to invite you to take a moment to
24:47
really reflect on what that
24:49
looks like for you . Get
24:52
quiet and get honest with yourself . Ask
24:55
yourself what is holding
24:57
me back , what might I be
25:00
bumping into , and what
25:02
path do I need to go down
25:04
so that I can step into
25:06
the role that I am meant to be and be
25:08
of service in this world in the unique
25:11
ways that I am able
25:13
to offer my value ? We're
25:16
all pretty different and we're all hardwired
25:18
completely different , but we all can contribute
25:21
in unique ways , and that's pretty exciting
25:23
for me , and I cannot wait to show you and
25:26
to share with you all of the unique
25:28
things that we are going to be doing over here at Paradigm
25:30
U . It's pretty exciting and I'm
25:32
honored that you continue to
25:35
join me on this journey . It's
25:37
a good one and it's so exciting
25:39
to go on this journey together
25:41
. So , thank you , I'm honored and
25:43
I appreciate each of you , and
25:45
, on that note , I am going to say cheers
25:48
to good karma . Hey

25:54

to lie and tell you that what I've
25:58
gone through has been easy . It
26:00
hasn't . It's been tricky . It's
26:02
taken a lot of work and a lot of energy
26:05
, but if you're someone like me who wants
26:07

26:09

26:13
honored if you'd stick around . I

26:37
where we're headed and how we , as
26:40

26:42

26:44
one of the biggest stories that I've released in
26:48

26:53

I'm so honored that I can share this
26:57
with you and you get to follow me and
26:59

27:02

27:09
and open and transparent with you on this podcast

my belly up .

of it because of a screaming baby You're
29:42
