How would you feel if you woke up today feeling no guilt or shame for what you didn't do yesterday? What about realizing that what you didn't accomplish the day before had its purpose?

Self-love and confidence in oneself should always come before anything else. Habit tracker and journaling are two strategies I use in this episode to help you stay on track throughout the month.
