His message: Make a choice to become a Virtuoso. What is a Virtuoso? In music it means to become the very best. Not just at work but in life, at home, with your family. Resolve to be the VERY BEST!

Most of us are working because…it works. Its easy. We are coasting. The problem is that you only coast downhill!

Most people prefer to be self-taught. The problem is that the Teacher is Not That Good.

You need to find something that you are Passionate about AND good at! Then make the choice to be the absolute best at it.

Anything that you want to do that is worth doing or being good at will take time. So… Just Start.. “You cant steer a parked car.”

The universe seems to like it when we align our passion, what we are good at and effort!

How to transition to a job you love.

  1. Get Stable as far as income
  2. Explore to find out what you love
  3. Work in your free time to start getting into that field
  4. Start making an income in that field so that the “jump” is not that big of a jump.

People who seem to have a problem with work etihic, probably just don’t like their jobs! When you love what you do, then it no longer feels like work.

Luck is where the line of preparation meets the line of opportunity.
