Whether it’s a business, a brand or even a hobby, I’m truly enamored when people combine vision and determination to generate prosperity in their lives.  It is my hope these stories will inspire you to consider what illuminates your soul and perhaps even provide some guidance on how to create more abundance in your life.PP023 | Evan LeRoy: In Episode #23 of Passion & Prosperity, I speak with Evan LeRoy.  Evan is the man "behind the pit" at Austin's most delectable BBQ experience, LeRoy and Lewis.  I had the please of visiting his food truck after a friend and self-proclaimed BBQ expert informed me he just tried the best BBQ in Austin.  (He wasn't kidding!)  The food truck certainly wasn't Evan's first rodeo as he fine-tuned his culinary expertise at Hudson's on the Bend, Hill Country BBQ (NYC) and finally as the Founding Pitmaster and Executive Chef at Freedmen's.  Together, with his co-partner, Sawyer Lewis, he opened a food truck in Central Texas with a unique and delightful twist on Texas BBQ.  I hope you enjoy -- both the podcast and the food!
