Elka is in jail because Pete arrested her. No one can afford to bail her out as everyone's money is either tied up or frozen. Joy is also have trouble with her immigration status. She gets arrested for selling Victoria's chill pills for bail. There's a now a very good chance she will be deported. Their neighbor Rick comes to the rescue by selling some of his baseball collection. Does help Joy? Elka? Or both of them?
