I. We're the Jews advantaged - yes, but they were not better than anyone else, or more spiritual.II. Did others unbelief make the faith "without effect" - God forbid.III. Man has proven to be unreliable time and time again, yet God has always been faithful. IV. The Jews asked "if their unrighteousness commends the righteousness of God (Jesus Christ) then why does God condemn them? Isn't that unfair? V. God is always just if that were not so He could not be the Judge of the world.VI. We are not to abuse grace and live in sin. VII. The scope and purpose of the law is so the whole world will be guilty before God with the knowledge of their sin.
