This podcast is for so many people. I found it years ago when I was searching for podcasts about rare genetic diseases. While there were a handful on the topic, none of them quite fit what I was looking for. When I came across Eleanor's podcast I was hooked. She has such a soothing voice and as a genetic councilor, her genuine empathy for her guests is clear. I've learned a lot from listening to her show. Genetic counselors are are one of the first "warm hugs" you receive in the odyssey that is searching for a diagnosis.
