This week’s episode of Patients on Demand is actually a throwback to a podcast I recorded in the spring of 2021, while I was putting the finishing touches on our Patients on Demand System.

The episode was inspired by a potential client that I had been talking with, who was telling me about her struggles getting her PT practice off the ground.

She was working part-time seeing patients, and she had invested all this money in a CRM, Google ads, and other things, but she just wasn’t getting the business she expected.

Many PT practice owners may be tempted to do the same: investing in all of these super cool marketing tools before your clinic even has the business that can fully utilize them.

There are several steps to take before you jump in and spend all of that money on digital marketing, and it all starts with your message and other aspects of your PT practice that need to be perfected before you can really enjoy the benefits of a CRM or other marketing tools.

Otherwise, your revenue will be spent on the technology you aren’t able to use yet when you could be investing it in other areas of your business!
