I started out by winging it. I've covered different books as I was reading them talked a little bit about my past. Threw some military stuff in the mix but really I've mostly been doing this to let my family and friends know how we are doing while we are living abroad. I've tried to stay away from sensitive subjects and others I don't think I'm ready to cover emotionally but who knows. maybe this will morph into something else.
